My experience today at CAVA was amazing. Special thanks to Jey who always gives phenomenal customer service. She shows great concern for ensuring her customers have their order right. Today, I ordered a side of pita chips. While leaving with my order, I sneaked a bite of my pita chips and realized they were way too salty and peppery. I did a u-turned to take the chips back. Jey immediately saw me and kindly asked, "Is something wrong?" After I explained, she immediately took care of replacing my order of chips with less salt and pepper. The steak harissa was very good with great flavors! I can not comment on the Sumac Sour Cream and Onion Chips because I didn't get them. The public-facing staff are friendly and helpful. It took me awhile to stop in and try out cava. I built my own bowl and dine in. They have you going thru assembly like line. You pick your proteins and toppings. I have to say it was pretty easy and healthy. No guilt eating out. And the process was fast. The fountain drinks have some low sugar juice options. I've been to this location a couple times and it's been exceptional, but today I was disappointed. I ordered online a Greek salad and picked it up. After picking up, I got home to notice the salad in the bowl was barely filled. I got like 2/3 of greens and the dressing was so heavy it soaked everything in it. To pay $13 for a salad and they can't even fill the entire bowl is ridiculous. I don't know how as an employee you would think it's acceptable to serve that to someone. The staff is super friendly, but whether you are using the online ordering or popping inside make sure you give extra time. My avocado harissa bowl was SOOOO GOOD. Food was absolutely amazing and feeling. It was full of flavor, bright and colorful with all the veggies available. The food area was clean without food spillage from one container to the next. The tables were fairly clean as well. The only reason for not getting a five star is customer service needs improvement. They had workers who did not understand or speak English, who were trying to follow the recipe cards and did not understand. I suppose it was the manager who cashed us out he said they only had one size of drink, but clearly there were two sizes of cups on the counter. Finally tried it. I ordered the make your own bowl. I put supergreens,arugula,hummus,tzatziki sauce,grilled chicken,roasted veggies,fire roasted corn, cabbage slaw and yogurt dill dressing. Also tried the blueberry lavender drink. Everything was delicious. We went at lunch time so everything was fresh and they were super busy. The staff were very nice. The chicken is grizzly, chewy and fat The vegetables include hard, brown big chunks of brussels sprouts and broccoli stems and they are not edible. Broccoli stems are like chewing bark. When I brought it up with the manager, all he kept saying is they prepared this all at the main cafeteria rather than providing customer service . If you're looking for high-quality food, this is not the place. This is another franchise chain, massive production low quality eatery. This is gonna be good and bad review. First of all, the food was fantastic! First time coming here, the food was impressive. The vibe was nice. Very trendy spot. Now the service. That wasn't great. You have a MEDITERRANEAN restaurant, with HISPANIC workers, that couldn't read the cards for the different food products in ENGLISH. That makes no sense. And the fact that they couldn't read the cards, we were in line for too long. Get some cards that they can read so they can understand what they are doing, and the line goes faster. Also the guy in front of us lied right to our faces about having one size cups when they had large and small cups right in front. Fix those things, and it will be 5 star next time. read more

I love Cavas food but their service is awful. I really want to love this location but the bathrooms are always a mess and usually out of soap--gross! If we can't wash our hands then the staff can't which is really unsanitary. They almost always forget something in our order and we are charged incorrectly. If you mention it to them they have an attitude and aren't interested in fixing the mistakes. After many tries we have decided not to return. There are so many great places in town that do a much better job don't waste your time and money here. read more

Cava in general is fantastic. I would give it 4.5 stars I love it so much. This location however has frustrated me more than once. And tonight, I just picked up an order and I realized it was messed up once I got home. Essentially my wife and I each ordered a bowl, but our grains and main green got switched for each bowl. She got my romaine and rice; I got her lentils and super greens. And even after submitting the online feedback order, I've now realized another issue - there are bones (or something else incredibly hard that shouldn't be in here) in my bowl?! Wow. This is the only cava in my immediate area where I live so it's a shame I can't even trust it. But I will have to monitor every order I make through here going forward. I've had a wonderful week in Tennessee with my elderly mom. I was excited to try this place because I've tried the chips at the airport before and they were excellent. However, this was a stop I should've skipped. The employee Sabah was unnecessarily rude. No greeting or smile when we entered. She stood there and stared at me as if she was extremely bothered that I was there. I asked her if I could get a mix of salads and she said I had to get lentils and salad. I reiterated what she had just told me, as I'm looking up at the board. She was just so bothered by any question and it was the wrong info. that I was being given. I was originally going to get 2 salads but opted for 1 because I thought it would be better to just leave. The other two employees were pleasant. I believe it was Tina and a young male. But as I was opening the door to push my mom that's in a wheelchair out, Sabah tapped the other employee and they all started yelling/chanting. This grown woman created a hostile, unprofessional environment. Such a strange interaction with this one employee in a town of southern hospitality. read more

This being my second visit to Cava I'm so glad that my first Cava experience was in Orlando, Florida. Customer service was absolutely amazing!! Here at the Cava Murfreesboro location was definitely an extreme let down. Customer service was disturbingly rude. If you love poor customer service definitely come here. I brought my buddy with me. He has never been. After such a wonderful experience in Orlando, I totally hyped Cava up from my earlier experience this week. Sadly this experience was the opposite. The front line staff is absolutely unfriendly with snarky tones and rude snippy yes or no or what do you want poor attitude. Just overall a completely disappointing experience. As others have said, the food is good but overpriced. They have an app where you can order the food and pick it up through the drive thru. I would not recommend it. The way their drive-thru it set up, there's a curb on both sides, so when you drive in, you can't get out of line until you're near the front. I waited 40 minutes for my turn and when I got my pre-ordered food, the young lady that handed it to me, didn't put it in a bag, nor did she give me a fork, napkin, or straw for my drink. I ordered a fountain drink, and she handed me an empty cup. I asked her why she handed me the cup empty, and she said, "You ordered a fountain drink, so you'll have to come in and fill it yourself". So, after pre-ordering my food, waiting in the drive-thru for 40 minutes, I still had to park and go in to get my own fork, straw, napkin and fill my own drink. The food was good and fresh, but the service and attitude of the drive-thru staff was very poor. If you go here, it's best to park and go in. You'll get your food in 1/2 the time. read more

This place is unorganized and all the female staff are rude stuck up little girls who move slow and don't want to do their job correctly.
