They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. The original estimate was simple and they are very quick to schedule you and give you an estimated time frame (weather dependent). Overall, they did a great job. I will say, they are a bit on the pricey side compared to other companies in the area. We had gotten an estimate for some powerwashing/roof cleaning and their quote came in the highest so we unfortunately didn't use them for that service. However, they do a fantastic job. I'm sure the quality of their work is there. We just didn't to spend so much money at the time. They also take credit cards which is a plus!

The estimated cost for the work was $1,200 for approximately 20 feet of gutters and downspouts. Though I asked them use better material and clips, their material were of cheap quality (thin flimsy aluminium sheets and generic clips as fasterns) After three years, I was forced to replace part of the downspouts because the material used as well as bad workmanship. Additionally, the clips or fasteners used to secure them were also weak and unstable. I am currently replacing the downspouts with a different company.

Within a month, a carpenter was on the new roof repairing wooden shingles. He noted no flashing had been added to the roof line, which could result in serious damage to house structure. We asked Deegan to come back only after several requests and proof of pictures from the carpenter. They replaced the flashing. On worker stated to us "This should have been done right the first time." In addition, roofers left debris throughout flower gardens and destroyed one front bush in a row of bushes through debris tossing. Deegan acknowledged, paid some money, but bush in this line can not be replaced and negatively affects front facade at time of house sale.
