Horrible customer service they quoted me 10 days after 10 days of no communication. I had to reach out to them then they said 4 more days after 4 more days of no communication I had to reach out to them again they said be ready tomorrow. tomorrow came and went and it just carried on for the next week then finally they say it's ready. I worked with Al throughout the whole process. I came in on November 6th to meet with him and he's pretty knowledgeable and explained how EVERYTHING works. I dropped the truck on November 11th. He kept in touched the entire time for changes and such. Due to Thanksgiving and then being off on the weekend, it was pretty fast for my truck to be in and out of this body shop. Since this was going through my insurance, all I ever cared for was to keep the Z71 sign and for Al to actually save it, means a lot they even took care of my Enterprise rental that I didn't have to drop it off myself. Overall, they have a nice & clean waiting room with complimentary coffee, tea, and water. Lady at the front desk always has a smile on and was sweet. Friendly staff who say hello to me with a smile. I was completely devastated after hitting a huge pothole on CA-I5 causing damage to my tire, my wheel, my wheel house/wall, and my undercarriage. My car has run flats (meaning no spare) so I continued to get off the freeway. Not only was I devastated because this is the second time I was unable to avoid a pothole in a month and my second tire replacement in a month, the damage caused by going 65 vs 25 on the street was excessive. Unfortunately, during one of the storms, a branch had fallen down and hit my side view mirror as well as damaging the driver door. I literally had to get through the passenger side to get to the driver seat since I couldn't open the door without damaging it more. Due to supply and demand, it was difficult to find an auto body shop that was going to make repairs within a couple of weeks instead a few months. My insurance had encouraged me to go to G&C auto body shop after not find a shop that can do repairs right away. At first, I was hesitant. There was no reviews regarding this shop, which I had found out that they just had opened a week prior. However, I gotta say... Thank goodness I went with G&C auto body! I worked with Mark, who had answered my questions without any hesitation and calmed my nerves. Not only are they wonderful, they got the job done within a couple of days. My car looks like it has never been struck by a branch! If you ever need a repair, please go to G&C auto body! They are part of a company, who owns 23 auto body shops in Northern Cali. do not go here for any collision services! their staff are not trained adequately to correctly diagnose damages! they will have you come back and forth on numerous occasions and the issue will not be resolved. they will contact your dealership to see if they can diagnose and still not get it right! avoid at all cost- their old manager "bubba" is no longer there (obvious reason is because he didnt know his job) the new manager alexander p. does not hold himself or his employees accountable for their faulty services. matthew- who identified the issue on the car would not speak up to his manager to get the issue resolved because they are trying to profit from female customers who they think they can screw over. They claim to have fixed the issue by replacing the motor mount but the sound from the accident is still! They claim that it is ware and tare because it's the left side of the vehicle and according to them things don't "shift" during an accident so it couldn't be damage from that. MY CAR IS STILL MAKING A KNOCKING SOUND A YEAR LATER! Alex contacted the Progressive representative "Bobby" which sounded like an in house job as he appears to have a rapport with him and persuaded him not to reopen the claim. more BS they left a huge gap on my hood after "fixing" it, replaced a rim with an entire different color and did not replace my axle, slay bar links and strut. if i could rate this place they would receive the lowest rating. they do not work up to bar standards or care to return your car to pre-accident condition! a joke read more

I got my 2022 Honda Civic repaired at G&C after the winter storms in January. The car exterior was nice however shortly after my alignment of my steering started to misalign, and it kept gradually getting worse. The woman taking care of my claim went on vacation during my cars time in the shop so the communication was not there. My biggest complaint will be the communication, they sucked at it! They did offer for me to bring my car back in to fix my alignment but I ended up not taking it back as of thus far. read more

Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Absolutely the worst body shop I have ever experienced. When I picked up my car I was told by Price Trehrani the inside of my car had been cleaned and all my personal items placed in a bag in the trunk. After looking through the bag and throughout my car it became OBVIOUSLY apparent that someone had STOLEN MULTIPLE items from my car! Items that were thought out my car from the glove compartment to the trunk as well as the center console and the glasses case in the ceiling of the car! When I reached out to Price about my missing items which included my CAR MANUAL I was told the shop is not responsible for my personal items. Although Price says the shop has cameras no one knows what happened to my things, and never has a body shop detailed the inside of my car as a courtesy. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Oh and my hood has a cap on each that wasn't there before. I went to a different place for estimate and its the $1400 .i dont want to get it repaired here after that and now back and fort with insurance to take it else where. A few months ago, I went to what I thought was Mid Cal Auto Body. I was sad to learn that the owner, Gerald Young had passed away. We had used Mid Cal for many repairs, and their service and work were always of the highest quality. I also learned that G&C, a much larger company has taken over this family business. I had gone there because the paint on the spoiler on our Honda Accord had completely deteriorated. I was helped by a friendly employee. He checked out the spoiler, and he gave me an oral estimate and the manager's business card. Unfortunately, he also told me that they were inundated with work and advised me to check back in a couple of months. I agreed. A few days ago, I did call G&C and described the above. The friendly person who answered my call asked me to hold while she talked to the manager. She returned and stated that G&C does not work on aftermarket items. The spoiler, an option, was installed by Honda when we purchased the car. I was frustrated, as we had been driving the car for months with this grungy-looking spoiler. After the call ended, I thought further and called back to ask to talk to the manager. The person who answered stated that the manager was on another line and that he would get back to me. That was many days ago. I have heard nothing. We now plan to find another auto body shop with a service level equivalent to Mid Cal. read more
