After getting a new door put on my car, water was getting into it every time it rained or when I got my car washed. It was a great source of my stress especially since the water getting in would cause my door to unlock and lock by itself. I dealt with this for a year and finally went to Shaun to see how I could get it fixed. He was one of the only ones who replied to my inquiry on yelp and with the reviews I decided to go in to get it looked at. I thought it was the weatherstripping, but turns out my car door just needed to be adjusted better. Shaun was very honest with me and I came back the next day to get it fixed. I was in and out of the shop in about 20 minutes and went right away to finally get a much needed car wash and no water got in! Can't express how happy I am with the results as well as the kindness and service I received from Shaun and his guys. In late January of this year I was in a 4 car collision caused by a teenager in a black Nissan 350z, who wasn't paying attention. The other 3 cars only had liability and I was the only one with full coverage. I waited a whole month just to be denied by both insurance companies, and with that, AAA gave me the go to find an auto body shop to take my car for repairs. I came across Aurora Collisions Ad on the tv at my local In-Shape and googled them for ratings. I drove by the shop to ask if AAA has contacted them. I spoke to Shaun, who saved me time and money by telling me to come back once AAA's claim adjuster has given me an estimate of my damage, that way my coverage for a rental car wouldn't exceeded the amount I'm covered for. So, instead of dropping the car off at the shop, get a rental, and waited for the adjuster to call Shaun. Which would have costed me more money through Hertz rental insurance if I did that and if the car wasn't being worked on while I added days on my rental would've been a waste. Shaun's costumer service is fantastic, I've learned more than I knew from him when it comes to situations like mines. The damages were replaced with OEM from Subaru. I've never posted a Yelp review, but Aurora Collision Center has be turning over a new leaf! I went in because Triple A had bent my car door (inevitable) in the process of unlocking my door. Because of the bend, I kept hearing wind noises while driving. I called and spoke to the owner to ask for a quote and he immediately said, "just bring it in and we'll take care of it for you." As someone who gets anxiety when ANYTHING is wrong with their car, that was extremely calming. I went in at 8 am and I was out by 8:05. The technician came and fixed my door within SECONDS.
