Received confusing text message on Thursday 12/5 about moving my tomorrow (12/5) appointment later. I then informed them that my appointment was on Friday 12/13, NOT Friday 12/5. Texted today,12/10 about moving my 10am appointment on Friday to a little later in the day, and was told they have no information on me and to give them a call. He had previously discussed the hardware and suggested that I purchase a specific manufacturer for my deadbolt installation which was the best product for my door. Didn't try to sell me his products. The installation was flawless cutting a new hole in a solid wood door and adding extra steel reinforcement to compensate for a problem with the door jam.
