It's actually wrong on yelp too, if you go to this carefree road location, the building is empty and says 'for rent'. Then we called him for the correct address and he said yes just come on down before 5pm. So we drove down there and got there at 4:45 (it's in Scottsdale) and the shop was CLOSED. So I called him and he said he 'left early because he had an appointment with another client'. Needless to say we drove all over and this man didn't even apologize for the runaround. He was actually quite rude and unhelpful over the phone as well. Not sure if this old man is off his meds or what but he honestly shouldn't be running a business if he doesn't even know his own address.

At his shop he immediately identified the 2 key blanks from Lectric ebikes were WRONG blanks for my original key and pointed out why. He would look for a substitute in his own inventory. After about 30 minutes he presented me with 2 different freshly cut copies. I did not have my bike with me to test whether they worked. Without charge he said go home, test them and call with results. One of the 2 new blank cuts WORKED! I called to give him the good news and a credit card. In spite of my insistence to pay him, he DECLINED to charge me?! Huh??? This man was so friendly and so knowledgeable. While he was there, he noticed our only key was very worn out and offered to replace it and make us a spare. Received confusing text message on Thursday 12/5 about moving my tomorrow (12/5) appointment later. I then informed them that my appointment was on Friday 12/13, NOT Friday 12/5. Texted today,12/10 about moving my 10am appointment on Friday to a little later in the day, and was told they have no information on me and to give them a call. I sent a screenshot of our previous conversation and was then told that they could do that for me and to send my name and address. He had previously discussed the hardware and suggested that I purchase a specific manufacturer for my deadbolt installation which was the best product for my door. Didn't try to sell me his products. The installation was flawless cutting a new hole in a solid wood door and adding extra steel reinforcement to compensate for a problem with the door jam.
