My wife needed an interior door unlocked on Labor Day. It was time-sensitive, so yes, I understand there should be a holiday/emergency premium. What I do not understand is charging $600 for a job that took about 15 seconds. No drilling. No replacement lock. No parts. No complicated repair. The door was simply opened. And after charging $600, we were told, "a key is extra." That was honestly the cherry on top. I fully expect to pay more for urgent service on a holiday, but $600 for a basic interior unlock is outrageous. In my opinion, this felt like taking advantage of someone who was in a time-sensitive situation and had very little ability to shop around once the locksmith arrived. If you use this company, get the full price in writing before they touch the lock, and apparently ask whether a key is included too. read more

Wow is an understatement! I was trying to get a Nest installed in a metal door and needed the hole enlarged to place it in, plus a garage door was needing a quick repair to close properly. Wade was very friendly, professional and did a great job, and checked his work before he told me it was finished. His bill was very competitive with other quotes I had received too.
