My sister-in-law and I did the 1/2 day tour and we were the only ones who signed up for the longer tour. We are so glad we chose the longer tour because it was AMAZING! Breathtaking views, easy hiking through state park, with cool information all along the way. Kacey was an excellent tour guide. She made me feel very relaxed even though I never kayaked before and I don't know how to swim. Her confidence made me feel comfortable even if the water got a little choppy. The day turned out to be beautiful and the light lunch we enjoyed had all my favorite Door County treats. I hope to come back again in the Fall with the rest of my family, and I hope we'll get Kacey as our tour guide again! read more

Was originally scheduled for kayaking due to the choppy waters and was offered the opportunity to do the bike tour. I wasn't exactly sure how it would go but I'm glad we did it!! Alex our tour was amazing! Very knowledgeable and super easy going! He remembered all our names which was pretty impressive and overall seemed to enjoy what he did!! Never rushed us and even let me pull ahead to see how fast I can get the electric bike to go! 21.6 mph it topped out for me, probably due to weight, height, and the terrain!! We had a great tour with a fantastic tour guide, Cheyenne, who was knowledgeable, helpful, interesting and had a warm and friendly spirit. The owner was gracious and helped me find a right fitting PFD, which I had been struggling with for months. The team there was welcoming and though my step daughter and I are both introverts, neither of us were left to feel awkward or out of place. My wife and I were visiting Door County as a celebration for her birthday. She loves kayaking, and our tour around Cave Point was the highlight of our trip. Watching the morning fog rise off the water of the lake and paddling around rocky shoreline was a beautiful. And while the weather fought us a bit, our guide, Ria, made the experience great. She was wonderful, accommodating, and incredibly friendly. My husband and I had a great time kayaking. Our guide, JR was super nice. The views were amazing. The only problem we had was checking in. Trip Advisor had us going to the park that we were kayaking in, but in actuality, we needed to check in at the office on 57 and get on the shuttle. With no phone service available it made it difficult to contact the company to let them know we were lost. Others had the same problem so in the end, it didn't really matter. Honestly, we thought the caves were a bit different than we anticipated but still cool to check out. I would book in the morning because I feel like the water is usually calmer then and you'll have the rest of the day to do things! My daughter and her friends planned a 3 night 4 day camping trip to Door County this year and the highlight was the bike they rented in Jacksonport from the Paddle & Pedal folks. VERY friendly staff & owner and the girls had a fabulous time. Staff was very informative on how the bikes work and safety features for do's and don'ts. The Kayak tour was fun! Bryce did a great job of reviewing paddling techniques, safety tips and making sure everyone felt comfortable. We kayaked down to a cave and were able to enter and check it out. On the way back, everyone had the option to do cliff jumping or just chill in their Kayak in the lake. It was nice to hang out, watch the cliff jumpers and take in the beauty of the area. Everything was well organized from start to finish! Overall a great experience! read more

What a wonderful experience! It was fun for the whole family. All ability levels would do great. The trip was beautiful. It was foggy when we left which was a little eerie and then turned into a beautiful day. The water is gorgeous. The guides were super friendly and knowledgable. Special shout-out to Stephanie! Our tour guide was Si (don't know if its spelled this way or not) but he was wearing flamingo shorts and pink Crocs (in sport mode lol) he was awesome! Very informative, talkative and you could tell he truly enjoyed the job! I would highly recommend this tour to everyone. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and the cave was small but still really cool! Jumping off the cliff at devil's bathtub was the cherry on top of it all! read more

Went on a guided kayak outing with the family, kids ranging from 10 to 15. Had a lot of fun! I was worried about Kayaking in big body of water given we didn't have any experience, but kayaks were stable. It was all easy (although we did get quite a workout) and fun! My family and I did the kayak tour this morning and it was fabulous. Claude, our guide, was super friendly and welcoming. She gave us some info about Lake Michigan and Cave Point. We were about to kayak for about 1.5 hours. The best part was going into a cave! I personally liked that it wasn't rough beyond a few small waves from the wind. I am not big into kayaking, but this tour was amazing!! The guide Madeline was amazing. She would stop when we needed breaks and would tell us facts about the surrounding area. She even took photos/videos of me and my brother and sent them to us after the tour. She was calming when the water got rocky and knew how to lighten the mood with jokes. We had a beautiful day today kayaking down to Cave Point. We were a group of 8 and had perfect sunshine to see the water and all it has underneath. Collin was an excellent guide, helping those kids in our group become stronger paddlers and pointing out interesting things. We all felt very safe and cared for.
