The whole experience was absolutely perfect. When I called to make the reservation the staff were great and even made a special accommodation I requested. Our guide (Chey) was fantastic. She let us go at our own speed and explore around as we wanted. She offered interesting facts about the area and gave us some recommendations for the rest of our trip. She also offered to take our picture and took a ton of wonderful photos. She offered us to store items for other customers, and checked to see if anyone needed water or snacks throughout the tour. The tour itself was phenomenal. We took one of the kayak tours of cave point and we were able to see all the cliffs, take photos, and we even had time for swimming and cliff jumping. We also had the opportunity to paddle into a cave. I loved every moment. I would highly recommend them for kayak tours and I would definitely go again and try some of their other tours.

We pre-booked the Clear Bottom Kayak Shipwreck Tour with Lakeshore Adventures in Baileys Harbor, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Our group was wonderfully small -- just my husband and me, another couple and our guide. We chose individual kayaks, which I personally prefer, and all the equipment and life vests were provided. Our guide was awesome! Unfortunately, I didn't write down her name, but she was friendly, knowledgeable and shared so much interesting history about the shipwrecks beneath Lake Michigan. There's something really cool about paddling out onto Lake Michigan in a clear-bottom kayak and looking for shipwrecks beneath you. You get some exercise, enjoy the beautiful outdoors and learn a little Door County history along the way. Lakeshore Adventures offers several different kayak tours, but we're really glad we chose the shipwreck tour. I definitely recommend booking ahead, bringing some water and getting out there for a little Door County adventure!

They have adaptive sailing classes, kayaking classes for people with autism, sailing options designed just for women, and even camps for kids. On the weekends, the rent out kayaks and sail boats in two-hour time periods. I got to go out on Green Bay with one of the junior sailors (he was in 11th grade, but a great sailor!) We took out a four-person catamaran, and glided through the gentle bay. I was a little nervous at first because water activities aren't really my thing, but they make everyone wear a life vest and explain everything beforehand. Once I was out on the water, I felt perfectly safe and it was a fun experience. Pro tip: You will get wet while sailing! I don't know what I was thinking and wore long linen pants, and they were drenched by the end of my excursion. I suggest wearing shorts or bringing a waterproof poncho. Also: There are no proper restroom facilities, just a port-a-potty, so keep that in mind when planning your day. Everyone at Green Bay Sail & Paddle were extremely kind and patient. Sailing on a catamaran was a fun way to see a different side of Green Bay!
