They never pressured me during the process and showed something most dealerships have long forgotten. They showed that the customer's needs are important. 2. My sales rep, Tarah Klesel, absolutely made the buying process simple and enjoyable. She knows her vehicles and she listens. There were no games and honesty and trust were easily gained with her. 3. The dealership communicated everything throughout the days leading up to my appointment and then in the week following the purchase. Zero regrets, zero complaints. Bought my truck there and very happy with sales. Service on other hand is CRAP. they no longer have experienced Service managers. They have little high school girls that are nice but know absolutely SHIT. There mechanics are mental midgets and told me my truck wouldn't start because I didn't drive it enough and said to install a trickle charger. I knew that was bullahit and took truck to a different dealer that looked at truck and diagnosed it same day. Turns out back glass leaked and shorted out electronics. I made an agreement to purchase a 2023 Dodge Durango R/T. The sales person Joshua Negrete after speaking with Chris Olson the sales manager agreed to the sale. I have him my cc and put a $1000 deposit on it. I was transferred to the finance and that person raised the agreed price by $2000. I said no. Was transferred to Chris after a heated exchange with Chris Olson. We agreed on the original out the door price. I was again transferred to the finance guy and he said you got it all corrected. He then tried to sell me a extended warranty. I said no. He said I would get the paperwork next day. I did not. I called the finance guy and he was mad I called and he said you will get them today. I did. As I finished signing and scanning them and was ready to go to fed ex I received a text. My manager needs to talk to you he has been calling you. I never received a call from him. He was outside the dealership cussing and mad telling me it was wrecked. He said he looked on the for the 3 GT's to put me into one but they are gone. The R/T was 70k. GT's are lower models. I then asked him to help me find another but no answer. Then I asked for pictures of proof of wreck. He said yes, as soon as I get them. I waited 4 days as it was Friday. I called Monday and asked again for pictures. He said I am so busy, I am only manager here. Doing the job for two etc. I will get them to you that was on the 19th of Aug. It has been 8 days and no proof of wreck. I now believe after speaking to multiple people including popular YouTubers that it was sold to someone else. They even got the form wrong as it is for an Audi. The stand up thing to do was not to sell it. If it was not show proof. I am just showing everyone what happened to me and stay away from them. I exchanged with the mechanic our personal numbers to get updates on my car but the tow truck driver (not his fault) had passed on the phone we called him from, which was my husbands number, to the mechanic. This would be on the form with my car & that number would "authorize purchases" as they diagnose the issue. This becomes a problem when they call my husband to ask to "put in a new battery to run some test". I learn after the diagnosis my alternator is shot & that their prices are way out of my budget. But that I am also paying $180 for a new battery & a labor cost of $300 to install it. I explained that I was okay paying for the diagnosis of course but I did not want a new battery. But by then my original battery was "gone" & I would then be told my husband authorized the purchase, which he did not & because they had a different number on the form, I was just going to have to believe that they together would start racking up a bill for me to pay. In the end I paid $650 for a battery, diagnosis, labor & cleaning up battery acid that didn't exist on my old battery, just to then pay for another tow truck who could work on my car for more than half the price total ford quoted me. I'm very upset ford couldn't work with me or be more communicative with me as I was with them. I was made to feel irresponsible for not already knowing that the number on the form would be in complete control of my car, & lied to when Ford purchased a battery for me instead of just running test with one like they said. They refused to work with me on the issue so in the end I've decided to sell my Ford so I can avoid ever ending up in a Ford dealership ever again. I'm going to be sticking with my Honda CRV now. My wife and I came in to purchase a Jeep from this dealer. we found one that we liked and test drove it, when we re entered the dealership to talk numbers another sales man took the keys for someone else to test drive that arrived after we had. When our sales person came back I was told that the customer currently driving it is an 800 credit score so I needed to pick something else. My wife was upset because that was the jeep she wanted. We started talking numbers on a vehicle we didn't like as much and just couldn't agree, that's when the sales manager came over and said the other customers were here first on the one we wanted so too bad here are your keys have a nice day. I called to confirm the equipment and the total drive-out price, drove 2 hours to get there, and the price had increased by $7,000!!!!! Emily made me drive an hour and pulled a switch and bait on me. While on the phone making an appointment with her, she kept laughing. After getting to the dealership they said the truck had sold, and the manager claimed he had called yet I had no calls. An employee got a good laugh out of the situation. I do not recommend this place. What bothered me the most is seeing one of the employees laughing at what they did as I was walking out of the place. I do have a physical disability, so not sure if they were laughing at their bait and switch tactics or at the way I walk. I drove 90 miles for an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle. I had reserved the vehicle and they even sent me photos. When I arrived they told me that one sold, and tried to switch me to another similar vehicle in a different color. Best experience ever. Reggie Ford was completely upfront and never pushy. We told him what vehicle we wanted from their website, that we were pre-approved so we didn't want our credit run around to other lenders, and no extras. Between him and Lori in finance, it was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership! Especially since I had already contacted another dealer about the same type of car earlier in the day (see review for Gillman Chrysler Jeep Dodge), who tried to slide in $2k in "pro fees!" We went in to Cavender right before they closed at 7pm, but were able to test drive, finalize everything and be out within a couple hours or so. The manager who also helped get the deal done and run numbers never tried to add in anything hidden either. Price that was advertised online is what I got! Numbers were exactly as I told reggie I wanted before driving out there, no surprises! When I got to Lori in finance, she did go over Gap and other options, but never pressured us to buy and was understanding when we told her we didn't want any of it. Would definitely buy from Reggie Ford at this dealer again and would recommend it to anyone too. It's not close but was worth the drive! Check them out and ask for Reggie! read more
