The staff stated there was nothing they could do about the price since I did not purchase prior but I was never notified of the possible price change. I was trying to decide if I wanted to move forward or not so I was asking a ton of questions. It would depend on the day sometimes the staff was helpful and sometimes it almost felt like they wrote you off as if it's your fault you didn't sign up sooner. I'm disappointed about the service but I moved forward with the area. Now it's been a few months and you can never get an appointment, staff will cancel your appointment day of, and will not reschedule you. Not ideal when you spend thousands of dollars for this service. Not sure how they have so many 5 stars with this service level especially being a prior client. Yes, service works but ideally I would skip out on this location.

However, when I returned two weeks later for a follow-up to adjust some forehead lines, I was informed only after arriving (after a 20-minute drive) that Ciera had a family emergency and was not available. I was offered to see another nurse. She used a different brand (Dysport instead of Letybo) and mentioned I would need to pay extra if I wanted the same product Ciera had used. Unfortunately, after the injections my upper eyelid dropped and my brows felt very heavy, affecting my vision and overall look. Another nurse later tried to help, but the improvement was minimal and I was told I would need to wait for it to wear off. I understand emergencies happen, but the communication and outcome were disappointing. I hope the spa improves coordination and follow-up care for patients in the future.
