The prices are slightly higher than other retailers, but you will save a lot with coupons or whatever they have on sale. For example: buy one get one free, or pay one dollar for the second item, or one item with 30% or 40% off coupons. My secret is that I downloaded the CVS app and got a membership card for the rewards program. You must check your email to confirm your coupons or rewards. Before shopping check the deals and coupons then add them to your card. As soon as in the store, print out the coupons then enjoy your shopping. The most important thing is that before completing your payment you must tell them you want to use the full boat to redeem your transaction. The pharmacy is busy but the team is incredibly friendly. If you have questions about vitamins or other health products, the pharmacist will step out to the floor to assist and provide recommendations. I also recommend downloading the CVS app. There are plenty of mobile coupons, and you can earn CVS ExtraBucks to apply toward future purchases. It's my go-to store for all my toiletries. Since I started coming here I've had an issue almost every time I've come. First, I was told I'd have to return the following day because they were closing in 30 minutes and had already locked up the area my meds would be coming from (even though the script had been sent over 4 hours beforehand). The next time I went I was told that I would have to wait because my meds weren't ready, that script had been sent the day before. I'm always met with hesitance and told to come back, it doesn't matter how long they've had my prescription it seems like they won't fill it until I come. The last time, early today, I was told I'd have to come back in an hour because (surprise) my script wasn't filled yet, even though it had been sent in over two days ago. I come back almost 2 hours later and then I'm told they don't have it ready and it won't be filled until "maybe tomorrow". This time I'm told that although I was told that it would be ready they never actually checked their inventory, and they don't have the meds in stock. Absolutely horrible experience here, would be nice if they could get there act together and actually help people.

We went out to dinner and then, per usual, we like to stop by Rite Aid for a single scoop of ice cream. We were standing in line behind two college-aged girls. One of the girls ordered chocolate malt ball ice cream, which was the last serving in the tub. My friend commented on the fact that they were out of her favorite ice cream. When the girl was served, she turned around to my friend and handed her the ice cream cone, knowing it was her favorite. She then ordered another flavor for herself. That was one of the sweetest gestures I've seen in a long time! No matter what you think about young people today, my faith has been restored by this one act of kindness. I hope and pray for this young girl to have a wonderful college experience, and that someone comes along and blesses her immensely.

No sales, signage is missing for a lot of items, and it was difficult to find the little price checker machines (forget finding an employee).
