For my wife, frequently, important medication gets delayed, she calls, speaks to pharmacist who then acknowledges it should not be delayed, and it gets processed. In summary, this location just doesnt seem to value customer time, and seems barely functional. Following today, moving everything to Walgreens in Morro Bay. I know most pharmacies often have waiting lines, but today was ridiculous. Avoid if you can until they get more focused on caring about customer service with real action, starting with staffing properly to meet customer volume.

My secret is that I downloaded the CVS app and got a membership card for the rewards program. You must check your email to confirm your coupons or rewards. Before shopping check the deals and coupons then add them to your card. As soon as in the store, print out the coupons then enjoy your shopping. The most important thing is that before completing your payment you must tell them you want to use the full boat to redeem your transaction. I also recommend downloading the CVS app. There are plenty of mobile coupons, and you can earn CVS ExtraBucks to apply toward future purchases. It's my go-to store for all my toiletries. We went out to dinner and then, per usual, we like to stop by Rite Aid for a single scoop of ice cream. We were standing in line behind two college-aged girls. One of the girls ordered chocolate malt ball ice cream, which was the last serving in the tub. My friend commented on the fact that they were out of her favorite ice cream. When the girl was served, she turned around to my friend and handed her the ice cream cone, knowing it was her favorite. She then ordered another flavor for herself. That was one of the sweetest gestures I've seen in a long time! No matter what you think about young people today, my faith has been restored by this one act of kindness. I hope and pray for this young girl to have a wonderful college experience, and that someone comes along and blesses her immensely.

Of course it's always great to have help when you need it, but I find this level of engagement disconcerting and it makes me want to hurry up and get out of there. The prices on most items are higher than my budget allows, but they seem to be making the model work. I bought a pair of earrings here for $40 last week. It was too close to closing to have it gift wrapped but the cashier asked if I'd like a box for them.
