I arrived at 9:05 and waited for 15 min in a line only to be told to go wait in another line to "confirm insurance." Waited there for another 5 min to be told they already had the insurance but hadn't started the on the RX. So then they told me it would be 15-30 minutes. I still needed get some other things for my friends BUT the shelves are literally bare. Each aisle is easily 85%+ empty. So I went next door to Albertsons to grab the things needed. I came back to the pharmacy now 1.5 hours after my initial arrival and they still hadn't even started the RX. They were extremely rude and weren't helpful whatsoever. I would recommend avoiding this pharmacy/store at ALL COSTS!!

Initially the process was ok but I've never had an order take less than a week. Then I was told that insurance companies were "squeezing" them on pricing so I had to pay the difference between what insurance would pay and the profit they wanted. Finally they added a $30 "surcharge" to every visit. I finally had it after I picked up 2 prescriptions and the total was over $100! They also have inexperienced counter help who were unable to answer any questions and simply handed me a piece of paper that said the insurance companies were to blame. I had to take my business elsewhere, these people are taking out their anger at insurance companies on customers.

This place did not disappoint. They have an entire section full of all kinds of really fun and exciting gifts categorized by age bracket. The staff was very helpful and didn't hover. I bought way too much (everything that I was shown lol) but you only turn ONE once right? Did I mention they gift wrap? Definitely coming back for the next time I need a unique gift for an adult or child. Might just switch my pharmacy to this place so I have a reason to come back and peruse on the regular.

I don't use this pharmacy but the pharmacist seems really nice. I did see a sign up that they are unable to take new prescriptions at this time. There's a small selection of pharmacy-type items, like first aid and some beauty products. The gifts are their big thing, though- for pretty much any occasion. They also offer free gift wrapping with nice paper, ribbon, and a gold foil Rexall sticker on the package. My main hesitation for that fifth star is the unrelenting onslaught of "can I help you"s, where it almost feels like you're being monitored while you browse. Of course it's always great to have help when you need it, but I find this level of engagement disconcerting and it makes me want to hurry up and get out of there. The prices on most items are higher than my budget allows, but they seem to be making the model work. I bought a pair of earrings here for $40 last week. It was too close to closing to have it gift wrapped but the cashier asked if I'd like a box for them. When I got home I realized she'd bent the cardboard card the earrings were mounted on to fit it into the box. Not a big deal but this did not make for a great presentation of them as a gift. This has not been my experience usually, as they almost always do a very nice job with the (free!) gift wrapping. They are closed on Sundays.

So, I returned it (unopened), and when I went to exchange it for calamine lotion (which was less expensive), I was told I owed them more money because they do not refund the same amount of money that was initially paid. I paid $7.99, and they only gave me $5.99 for it. I won't be buying anything from them ever again. That is totally ridiculous and should be illegal. They've lost me as a customer permanently!!!

Every time I come here the pharmacists are scrambling trying to complete orders and the process ends up taking them longer than it needs to. The evening staff gets even worse when they delay my pickup by asking inessential questions and look at me like a I'm a drug dealer when I pick up my grandmothers prescriptions. It's not my fault grandma is addicted to percs & xannies. I'd appreciate less judgement and more customer service when I pick up her orders.

This was something I'd tried to discuss with them twice on the phone before driving down from Cambria. I knew I was out of network. I was visiting Cambria on a holiday and trying to decide between driving 500 miles to home and back or paying the (criminal) no-insurance rate. I also told them, once on the phone and once in person that I wanted to cut down the ""refill" to just the supply needed for my trip. They ignored this twice and the person who was upset about my insurance coverage tried to ring me up for the whole 3-month supply for hundreds of dollars. Just terrible service, poor communication and a lack of comprehension that suggests these folks got their pharmacy certifications through grade inflation. That said, the woman who was running the front counter, who probably doesn't have a fancy cert, was nice and I feel like CVS should pay her to get whatever degree/certificate is required so they can replace the "pros" behind the back counter.

I waited in line to see the pharmacy cashier and pick up/pay for my prescription. I'm told it is not ready. The young woman at the counter did not apologize. She said I could wait or come back. That was all she said. It was like she thought my time was worth nothing and I could just wait an indeterminate period of time or I could just leave without my medication. I had to ask: How long would I have to wait? She said 20-30 minutes. After I waited in line for at least 10 minutes that's a 40 minute wait. What is the point of calling in the prescription and being given a time that it will be ready and not honoring the time being given to the customer? Especially not acknowledging that the customer has every right to be frustrated. Terrible customer service. "Go away or wait." Rude employees who don't take any responsibility for achieving the expectations that they give to the customers. No wonder they look like they are going out of business. With performance like that, customers will not try to keep them open. Not me.

Then I proceeded to walk up front, and tell the older, blonde woman, behind the returns/exchange and she looks at me, with attitude, "I've never heard of this, I've been here 14 years and I've never done this or saw this!" She calls two managers and they look at me like and say dismissively, "I've never heard of this." Tell them to look online even if you would like on YouTube and I showed them online that target talks about trade-ins. they then tell me I've never heard of this. They look it up and then tell me I would have to do it through the mail and online. at this point I feel as if they're accusing me of doing something or trying to pull something over them so I give up completely and just say all right I'll buy the game, just to end this weird interaction. *Overall, this target has horrendous customer service and shows why everything is going to online, AI, and robots!*

The store is normally clean and well stocked. It's easy to find an employee to get help. Sometimes it's too easy there are so many employees on the floor.

There are a few "staples" that come from Walmart purely because of price. But I am happy to drive 5 minutes further for a better shopping experience. The store and parking lot is always busy, neither making for a positive shopping experience. It's getting ridiculous these days that so much product is now under lock and key, which means looking for a sales associate to help get you the product you need. Some aisles seem very narrow to move through when the store is busy, which makes a quick stop difficult. Lines for the registers, all of which are never open, are pretty long, which sends me to self checkout. Again, waiting in line because over half the self checkout machines aren't in use. Apple Pay isn't accepted either. Just too much I don't want to deal with here.
