On June 27, 2023 Como came out and overfilled the tank. Grade 2 Furl oil spill on the exterior of her home, the foundation and the ground, and also it flooded her basement with fuel oil. on June 28th the manager of the Hibbing MN Como Oil office said it wasn't his problem, because the spill only happened inside the house. That was a bold face lie. I requested that he send out a cleaning crew to clean up this toxic mess, that made us very sick. The entire two-story home was full of fumes . The manager said they are not a cleaning company. The spilled fuel was only 3 feet away from the pilot light of the gas hot water tank. Como put us in a very precarious position, and they truly could have cared less. They were negligent. Do not do business with this company. Please go elsewhere.

Superior Fuel refused to send me a check because they claim they applied my budget payments first and that the credit would be refunded to fuel assistance. Corporate crooks. I ended up signing another 3 year agreement so I could use the credit. They agreed no more budget payments until the credit was gone. My three years are now up and I'm changing suppliers. Customer service was very rude to me. I thought it was because I was on fuel assistance however after reading reviews they're jerks to everyone. Good riddance.

I had contractors on site with a dumpster, and they couldn't remove the dumpster due to 1.5 feet of snow. I went through 12 different people for a word-of-mouth referral for someone to plow the driveway. I finally got referred to Stan. Stan answered the phone on the second ring. He was cheery and energetic while I explained my situation. He got my address and let me know he could be head there right away! He offered a fair price, and communicated well with me during the whole process. He called me upon arriving to give an updated/confirmed price and he called when he returned from completing the snow removal job. He mentioned that he does a few other odd-jobs to help us during our home projects in the future. He also carries lots of items and propane for your grills! I'm so excited to have such a good, honest, and friendly neighbor in the area. I will definitely continue to do business with him for the long run!

Requested delivery 4 times this month and all 4 times got a failure to deliver notification saying the driveway wasn't cleared of snow. (It was). Never had an issue before. Good luck calling, you get a call center that promises the driver will come the next day (they don't) and will call you if they have a problem. (They won't) Takes a week and then you get another failure to deliver notification. Been out of propane for over a week.

We couldn't get it going, so my husband went out and checked the tank which was empty. On Saturday we called, and they said they would send someone out on Monday. On Monday when we never heard from anyone, we called again. The lady said she had no note that said we had a problem. We have not been here since October, and there would be no reason for it to be empty unless there was a leak. This is the second time that there has been a leak with their tank, and this is just not a Comfort issue. We need the back up for electricity. They still haven't called us back. I would give them a negative if I could.
