The Las Americas Restaurant had a very delicious parlando pepper stuffed with cheese, lightly breaded and coated with tomato based sauce. It was well balanced with flavors. The Carne Asada Burrito was a bit greasy, but flavors were spot on. Mexican Husband ordered the Carne Asada Gorditas. The flavor was fresh combo of meat & veggies.
