This is a very well rounded course I can't say enough great things about this program. We are so lucky to have a program like this in Portland, Oregon. I chose to extend my learning and I'm currently taking Susan's 200hr course as well. This one builds on the first one and is great for new and seasoned yoga practitioners with a high focus on the Chakra system. I learned more about assessing myself and my beads by using the tools already learned from the 300 hr course. I have to point out that I've been taking Susan's classes through our world wide pandemic and don't know if words can say how much it has helped me through this process. I have especially enjoyed class during these trialing times (even though they had to transition to online during this time). Susan has stayed grounded and held a sacred space while holding class and it's been amazing the energy that she has put out while running a class. She has helped me get through my rollercoaster of emotions. The love and support from the other students in class has been amazing as well. She did not receive me immediately and I arrived early *in order to fill out paperwork*. Afterwards I asked about the short time and she said it was a 50 min massage. If that's the case I would say that to my customers upon booking, AND I would take off the website where it says it's a 60 min massage. After receiving bodywork and her seeing how much it helped and I needed it, instead of asking if I wanted to book another, she offered we chat about her Ayurvedic diet consultations. She could have had a new regular client, but instead she lost a customer and many others bc I would have shared with so many people.
