They also sell individual herbs, and you can choose the types and amount you need. If you are unsure what products might work well for you, I would recommend asking a worker for advice. The woman I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable about the different products, and she recommended a tincture to reduce cramps. I was pleasantly surprised by how much of a difference it made! It reduced the pain and I did not experience any negative side effects. It was a great value for my money, and I would definitely purchase it again.

They said they were the only game in town and how did I hear about them since I was traveling and I said Facebook. They were kind, gracious and knowledgeable about herbs and I totally dug that.
