This shop did a fantastic job on my car - had it looking better than it did brand new. Every other shop I spoke with in town told me it would be a month before they could even look at my car, but CB got me in immediately and fixed some pretty extensive damage within a few days. It took insurance longer to get back to them about the updated estimate than it did for them to actually fix the car. There is an Enterprise location nearby, and they will shuttle you back and forth when you drop your car off. This was the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop. Ricky helped me out and he made sure to order the parts and get my car fixed in two days, when the estimated time was anywhere from 6-9 days. It saved me so much money on a rental and so much time and stress. He also emailed me with updates each day, and made sure my car was nice and clean outside and inside when I picked it up. I couldn't be happier with my recent experience at CB Collision. I backed into a steel post and needed a fender replacement and other repairs; I wanted to pay out of pocket and not go through my insurance. I visited two other body shops first. One could schedule my repair in 4 months, and the other could do it in 6 months! I read the good reviews of CB Collision and stopped in without an appointment. The manager, Ricky, took care of me right from the first minute. He gave me a reasonable estimate and said that all they needed to get started was to pay 1/2 the estimate to order the parts. I did, and the parts were in within two days. They estimated my car would need 11 days to be repaired. I dropped it off first thing on a Monday morning, and it was ready by the next afternoon (Tuesday). They even gave me a 10% discount for being a Vanderbilt employee. When I picked up my car, they had cleaned the outside and inside and it looked brand new. Overall, great communication, very fast and friendly service. I can't recommend this place enough! read more

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but my experience here was just so strange I feel like I need to share. There were lots of positives to give them credit, but there were also a lot of negatives. I chose CB Collision because of the positive reviews and because they work directly with your insurance company to get supplemental payment beyond the estimate. This part was actually seamless! They communicated directly with my insurance and payment went straight to them which was great. They also committed to giving updates every Tuesday and Thursday and at first this was great, too. Everyone at CB collision I spoke to on the phone and in person was super kind and friendly as well. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. The day I dropped my car off, the estimate updated that it would take 8 days to complete the repair. Well, it took 31 days. THIRTY ONE. Communication also completely stopped after the first week. Absolutely zero updates. I had to call to ask what was going on, and I was informed that a car part was on back order. I understand this is out of everyone's control, but I don't get why this wasn't communicated to me. Once the back order was resolved, I again had to ask for an update, and they told me they had to order a new tail light and were waiting for it to come in. At this point my car had been there for 3 weeks. Why wasn't the tail light ordered during the first 21 days they had my car? Once the taillight arrived, it was broken and they had to wait for another one to come in. Also throughout this entire process they promised at least 3 different dates my car would be ready by, and each one came and went. On the 28th day, my rental coverage ran out, so I called and let them know. They promised the car would be ready that day. A few hours later they called and said it actually wouldn't be ready. I told them I needed it that day and they figured out a solution - I picked up my car with the broken tail light, and had to bring it in again to get the light repaired once the new one arrived. This was helpful, but they could have thought of that solution the first time the taillight issue arose. Then they told me I would need to bring my car back on a weekday between 8:30 and 3:00. I have a job I have to be at in person and don't have a lunch break or other break to just leave, so I told them that wouldn't work. They told me the latest I could come was 4:00, so I had to leave work early to get the taillight replaced 31 days after the repair started. My car is fixed, but I will not be returning here. read more

Avoid this place! Where should I start? I was in an accident (duh lol) so my insurance (State Farm also trash) told me to pick from a list of their select service places, okay cool! I look at the places in my area under the State Farm list and CB Collision was one of the top ones in my area (at the time 2019). I called, informed them of the issue, got an appointment and took my car there for repairs. Dropped my car off and spoke with Rick Connolly, spoke to him in-depth about the accident and the issues I noticed since (Minor body damage, AC not working, shaking at all speeds and ER brake making a grinding noise and not properly engaging (was stuck for an extended time after impact). When I picked my car up, I noticed there was several of the body repairs that were not completed to my liking (fender not secured, could see space, paint/ holes and scratches not repaired, ER Brake and shaking not addressed). Mr. Connolly informed me that he fixed all he could per my insurance guidelines. Therefore, I contacted State Farm, informed them I was unhappy with the work and still experiencing issues. They sent out an adjuster who informed me that not only were my complaints valid but the adjuster informed me that CB Collision ruined my paint job (created swirls on the hood and sides). I was then informed that I could either take my car back to CB collision or choose a second service provider. Of course, after all of the issues I experienced with my car I decided to try another body shop. (Are you invested my this story??? Hmm?? Well go to Gerber Collision, Smryna, TN... It gets better?) Anywho, now in April 2022, I'm finding that my vehicle has sub frame damage all because the people here failed to even bother to look. Can they tell me the effects of prolonged sub frame damage? Smh! i trusted the reviews too. But this experience tells me otherwise! read more

From start to finish, CB Collision was amazing. It's never fun getting into a fender bender, especially when it's not your fault. I was not looking forward to the whole process, but CB Collision made it so easy. I went to about 3 different auto repair shops to get an estimate and this place not only had the best price, but the best service. Ricky gave my car a thorough inspection while the other shops looked at it for about 10 seconds. His estimate was fair and I trusted that he caught everything that needed to be fixed. When making an appointment, I was able to get in the next week. Dropped my car off and they called Enterprise for me so they could pick me up. Offered me coffee while I waited. So nice. The next day I got an email from Ricky updating me on the progress. Then the day after that, I got an email saying my car was finished! There wasn't a ton of work to do since it was a very light hit, but I was still thrilled that it only took about 2 1/2 days. When I went to pick it up, I was greeted so nicely again and Ricky came out to make sure everything was good. My car looked brand new PLUS they cleaned my car inside and out! I have a dog and cleaning my car is no easy task. I couldn't believe how clean it was. It's inspired me to keep it that way (hopefully). My tire pressure was also a little low and they filled my tires up for me. I could not recommend CB Collision enough. Fast work, incredibly friendly service, and fair prices. Getting your car fixed is always a pain, but CB Collision makes it as easy as possible! read more

C.B. collisions, was very helpful. I called for an estimate and was 10 minutes away, got in touch with Ricky, he informed me to come on by. He told me they could have this repaired in a few hours. He lived up to his promise, I dropped it off on a Wednesday morning, Ricky called at 1pm, stating it was complete. I definitely recommend C.B. collision! A city MTA bus side swiped my brand new Civic! I was furious and thought to myself, "it will never look this new again." This was before I met the guys at CB Collision. I will say that Nashville has lost its touch when it comes to customer service but these guys get it. And guess what, my car is good as new, just like it was when I got it from the dealership! I don't know how this sorcery works but I love having a car in mint condition again, at least until a bus hits me again. Last year my Honda got damaged by a large flying highway object on the driver side. I wanted a locally owned shop to do the comprehensive insurance paid rebuild work. They fixed me up the same week as the accident. Fast forward one year, same car, passenger side, teenage driver scrapes and ruins bumper and fender backing out of garage, so this was out of pocket of teenager 100 percent. They used new genuine factory parts and had it looking like new in four days. Estimate came in 300 dollars less than the corporate guys who advertise with that extra money. This is busy shop, but it's real people who have compassion and understand the price point and timeline for regular working people. Great work! read more

After getting an outrageous estimate from the dealer where I purchased my Honda CR-V, I considered not repairing it at all. Not knowing any body shops in the area and wary of the whole situation, I took a chance and got an estimate at CB. I told Chad, the owner, that I honestly wouldn't bother with the repair since I was paying out of pocket, except for the fact that the impact on my passenger-side door caused the door to get stuck when trying to open it. Chad told me he would send me an estimate by email that day, but said he could fix the door right then and there, for free--and he did! Not only that, but the estimate they gave was less than half what the dealer quoted me, just by repairing some parts rather than replacing them. Now, my car looks--and smells!--as good as new.
