He always got back to you in an hour or two and always had open clear communication. We worked with Alan Ouye for our second home. He never picked up the phone on the first call. All of his voicemail boxes are full so you can't even leave a message. We told him the house we were buying was going to fall through so to not process a home inspection. He told us ok and that he'd save it for the next house. Well he never stopped the inspection so we had to pay for an inspection on a home we KNEW we were not going to get AND had openly communicated that to Alan. When we asked him what happened there was a long pause and then a flow of excuses. He overcharged us for that inspection and didn't say anything to us about it. In the long run, He actually didn't even process the refund, we had to call Rob Sanchez and ask him for help because Alan is completely unresponsive. I am left with the impression that Alan attempted to steal that money from us with out us knowing. Our experience was that Alan Ouye is all about himself.
