Recently got a Jeep gladiator and needed to put new wheels on it. After searching google and Yelp for a place with decent reviews i found CB Wheels. I Was greeted by the owner, Juan. After sitting with him for some time I realized he was extremely knowledgeable in his field. My husband has worked on modifying several cars for many years and picked up that Juan knew exactly what he was talking about. He helped me pick some beadlock wheels which, if you are familiar you know they are not easy to install. He did everything perfect including adjusting the camber. The truck drives perfect. I have a few more things I'd like to do to it and I will continue coming here to here to get them done. Highly recommended, if I could give 10 stars I would! read more

Where should I startwith CB WHEELS? The business owner will never give a straight answer and routinely attempts to blame the manufactures, his own employees and anyone else. He will never take responsibility for his actions. I took my truck back 19 times with different issues from day one after spending $15,000 On suspension, tires and wheels I was Driving home on the phone with them making them aware of all the problems. The Driveshaft completely detached, and 15 days later while driving at 70Mph driveshaft detached again. I can continue saying negative things about this business and owner, but I don't think I need to, this business is garbage. I wouldn't even recommend for anybody to take a tricycle to him. read more

We were looking for a place to take my son's Scion to have the front end aligned and the tires rotated. When we called CB, they said that they could do it for $129. My son dropped the car off then then a while later got a call saying the price was going to be $229 as the previous price only included rotating two tires. I've never heard of rotating two tires on a car-it's always been all four. I spoke to the guy on the phone and he said my son didn't mention it was for 4 tires. He then said he would do it for $129. We still told them to forget it and took it to another place which specializes in just alignments which would charge only $80. The other place told my son he did not need an alignment rather a new tire. The other place did not take a cent from us and gave us an honest assessment. This place may be great for other services, but as far as alignments- stay clear. read more

I visited the shop and was impressed by how clean and professional it was, and Juan and Jonathan were friendly guys who knew just what I was looking for. Once the parts came in, we scheduled a time for service later that week. The job was completed just inside of the estimated time, and they insisted on completing the alignment themselves (something that other shops wanted to farm out). I don't usually write reviews, but these guys deserve a lot of positive feedback. My Jeep needed a lot of love. It was just unsafe. Tires, brakes, suspension. Times are tough, so I priced around and then was recommended I come here first and speak to Juan, the owner. First of all, he and his son, Jonathan were honest. Looked at my quotes and told me what he could meet, beat and what he couldn't and was honest about it. Juan explained why my Jeep wasn't just a car and needed specific items. He even came up with a plan going forward that would keep it running well and same me money in the long run. Always referring the the Jeep almost like a person. CB Wheels was the only shop willing to repair a very small puncture I had in my tire. I went to 5 other places and they either refused to repair it, didn't have the proper equipment to perform it, or had a 2-3 hour wait. CB Wheels did excellent and thorough work. I've driven over 1,000 miles since having the repair done and everything is still perfect. Best Place in Miami Dade and Broward!!!!!! Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly!!!!!Exceptional Customer Service!!!!! Time for my first RUN FLAT tire change on my BMW 528i. Naturally it only made sense to upgrade the factory wheels with a type that appealed more to my taste. I asked the BMW service center for a quote. The run flat tire price blew my mind. I didn't realize run flats cost almost twice as much as regular tires. So like most people I shopped around. I looked at online stores, local tire shops, and asked co-workers/ friend. This is what I found: 1. By far BMW service center had the highest cost. 2. Online store prices seem to be the least costly. However, once you add all of the associated cost (e.g. shipping, installation) the price difference between the online stores and local tire shops in most cases is less than $50. Also when buying online you run the risk of getting a defective, refurbished, or wrong type and then have to go thru the nightmare of shipping it back.... 3. Most local tire shops in Dade and Broward are franchised or crooks. Which usually means the customer service is horrible, the staff just tries to sell you whatever tire they have in stock, and worst of all you run the risk of having an inexperienced, underpaid, overworked mechanic do a bad install job. Then go thru the headache of taking the car back to fix it. 4. Fortunately, I was referred by a friend to CB Wheels. From start to finish the entire experience was exceptional and effortless. It seemed as if all of the staff were car enthusiasts. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of different types of tires and wheels, and gave me a price that was the same as the online stores, what more could I ask for....Upon bringing the car to their shop I was greeted as if I was visiting a friend's house for dinner. While waiting for the car to be finished I had a great conversation with some of the staff, and never once felt uncomfortable. Before I knew it my car was ready. The conversation made the time fly. After much research and several recommendations everything brought us into CB Wheels. They do not disappoint. Juan takes the time to explain everything thing up front and uses his expertise to help you in making your decision for your build. We trusted his recommendation and absolutely love the outcome of the truck ! We went with a 6" Rough Country Suspension lift , Bilstien shocks , Fuel Mavericks 20x10x-24 in Gloss Black and Toyo RT tires 35x12.50x20. We also added Amp Research LED Power Step Running Boards. Never to return. Went in for a simple job. Install 2 new tires on the front and align front and rear as rear tires looked ok. On the lift they destroyed my flex brake hose, fluid gushing everywhere. They claimed I drove it in like that. Had to pay for the repair. On their test drive wheel almost fell off, they forgot to tighten lugs. Got in the car and the steering wheel is offset by 15 degrees. So much for centering steering wheel for the alignment. Being extremely upset I just drove away. A month later my rear tires were worn. I took it elsewhere and had 2 new tires installed, I did not do another alignment because it was done a month before. 3000 miles later my brand new rear tires are smooth. Took it back to the second shop, they put it on their alignment machine and the alignment was completely screwed up. I then paid for another alignment. I personally like Juan at CB wheels but it will be a cold day in hell before I ever return there. read more
