With out a blink, without a snicker, very serious and very PROFESSIONAL, Osvaldo explained it it layman terms. That made a huge difference. He asked simple yet effective questions like what look was I going for and what car did I have. He made his recommendations and I asked the price. Never did he pressure me, never did I feel like I should make a decision right then and there. TRUE PROFESSIONALS!! Well the price was fair in long run and cheaper than what I thought after I put true analysis behind the purchase. What was the analysis very simple read below. A little more than what I expected but then again what did I really expect. Order on line get them shipped, order tires somewhere else get those shipped. Do I ship them to my home, do I ship them to a shop? Then what pay for the mounting the balancing. Then got to another shop for thew alignment? Spent close to 10,000$ on wheels and other services with this shop but after my last situation they will never see another dime from me. Waited 7 weeks for rims that were paid for in advanced. Received the wrong wheels (dimension issue) brought them back waited another month to receive the same exact WRONG wheels. The management is the WORST they dont care for customer satisfaction solely making money. If you get a chance to talk to there employees it will tell it all, started off good but as I kept coming back with different cars or wheels they gradually declined in service and satisfaction. Once they figure out you know a thing or two MORE then them they treat you different and don't try to correct there mistakes. although the inside was pretty good and they were nice inside, the shop, definitely lacking on the quality first the tires were not balanced properly, so it was shaking second no alignment was done as it was pulling hard to the right, and they never gave me a sheet showing the alignment third the tire was rubbing against the wheel well plastic they said they trim all this so that it does not rub and it was rubbing still passenger side took my truck to the dealer and they rebalanced all my tires and showed me how badly it was off. It appears they could not balance it properly so they just left it as is. these workers need better training. To say the least. Don't let the aesthetics fool you! Horrible customer service. Took my truck in for tire balance and rotation and they scratched all 4 of my Fuel Forged rims in the same spots. When it was brought to their attention they said they "Didn't touch that part of the rims". Funny that they all had the same scratches that went the circumference of the rims. They just lost a customer today and I will let all my friends that take their trucks there as well to take their business else where. I would never again take my truck here. The office manager who claims to be the owner does not consider his customer's. I ordered my rim payed in full! The front desk two ladies who can't really explain anything to you due to the language barrier! They ordered the wrong rim for my truck that took 1monrh! Please excuse the long review, but its to provide details to how I was treated. This happened to me 3 months ago, I need to be somewhat vague because if anything happens I will need to go back to them for the warranty. I was referred by a rim manufacture that I contact Miami Best Wheels and that they could assist me with a very specific set of rims for my car. Osvaldo was very nice and very good to do the research but once he had my money the customer service went right out the door! Now the set of customs rims had to be custom made. The price for manufacturing, install & balance was 7K. They said it would take 6 to 8 weeks. I had to pay in full because of the custom work. Anyway after 8 weeks I haven't heard from anyone to provide me with an update. for the next 2 weeks it was me that had to keep chasing them for my order. On the 11th week I called and they told me that the rims had arrived 4 days earlier, so my rims where there and they never called me to schedule the install. The day I picked up the car after the install, on the way home my TPMS went nuts, I was getting readings that the tires were flat. Upon returning the next day and dropping off the car, one of the mechanics tried to re-program the TPMS sensors, the mechanic was having trouble programing the system on the car and told me that he had no experience in working with this type of car. So these are supposed to be the Tire Experts and they cant program the car. (That I should take the car to the Dealer!) Can you believe this! $7000 and I need to go to the dealer! BTW- the mechanic who said this to me was the most knowledgeable of the guys that work there, he spoke both English & Spanish and his experience was visible. While the rest of the guys back there only spoke Spanish! There's nothing wrong with just speaking Spanish, but if you work at a place of business then at least know your craft. I then get a call from one of the young women they have at the counter, she's very small & thin telling me I need new TPMS sensors telling me that the battery in the sensors die. An additional cost of $400. Now the car went in with 4 good sensors all of a sudden I need 4 new ones! Osvaldo is no where to be found. My thoughts are the mechanic damaged them when installing the new rims. This place is supposed to be good, and they lack customer service skills and mechanics that should have the experience to complete the work. If I would of read all the bad reviews prior to going to this place, I would of worked with another distributor/vendor of the makers of the rims I purchased. I took my truck here for an alignment right after installing an expensive lift kit. Not only was the customer service horrible by Mike, but they treated poorly and unprofessionally just because I happen to be younger so they assumed I don't know what I'm talking bout. Right after the alignment, I noticed that not only did my car shake when I turned my wheel, it also squeaked when I pressed the break and made a creaky noise. I instantly asked Mike about this and he would pretend he didn't hear anything and after a few minutes he admitted he heard the noise and blamed it on my car being "old" even thought it's only a 2012 and it had never done that before. Would never come back I would rather drive with my car "unaligned". $140 for an alignment that was useless. read more

I went in to get my car lifted and wheels changed and it's been a 15+ day process filled with complete lies. My car is actually STILL in the shop, going on day 16. Once I had signed the paperwork, they changed everything I had asked for, read the fine print-- they're a complete fraud looking to screw you. I took my RAM 1500 with air suspension to get a 5" lift kit. The pricing was very good and the shop seemed very knowledgeable. The work turned out great and I believe they did a good job. However, the work took longer than expected and I had no communication letting me know it was delayed. I didn't mind leaving the truck for however long it took, but it would have been nice to know from the start. I suggest they would have under promised, and over delivered by telling me 2 weeks and given it back in 1 week! It will really help set customer expectations better. You guys do good work. read more

Was recommended again by a friend, but a week later my friend tells me he regretted it because that they did a horrible job on his lift and his new rims and tires. My review here is one year after the initial install of my rough country lift on an 03 Dodge ram 1500. I'd like to say that I was recommended to Miami Best wheels by a very good friend of mine that knows somebody at the shop. First I'd like to say that I was greeted very attentively by the young lady at the front desk, and the owner was very friendly. This made my choice for me. I then chose Miami Best Wheel to install my lift. Its now "1 year later" without a bit of off roading. My upper ball joints are shot along with my driver side lower ball joint and both inner/outer tie rods. The issue comes with two 300 dollar tires with uneven wear. This lift has cost me more than i thought. Reason for wear on my parts is due to cost savings of Miami Best Wheels using cheap parts. Of course warranty is on lift not parts. $$$$$$$$. I Alfredo Rodriguez Owner of the Tundra 2019 2wd July 12, 2020, we decided to take the truck to Miami Best Wheels 12309 sw 131 ave Miami, fl 33186 the person who attended us in that place was the owner Mr. Osvado Baez who made us the Estimated where he told me he could put some 20x10 D576 5x150 4 wheels for a total of $ 1,300 and now the 4 tires for a total of $ 1,140 to the truck in the front he put a ready 2.5 Tundra lift kit $ 350 where Osvaldo Báez, where the owner of the company and so much experience confirms that the ready lift kit is not going to collide with the tires of the car, I paid him a sum of $ 3,370.50 for the work that we had agreed, I went and paid all the money in advance and he was I express that I wanted a good job, there he confirmed me with many years of experience that the job was going to be "NITIDO" which means that the job will be good, he told me that the next day the job would finish it before my birthday. My birthday is July 16, he did not give it to me in writing but he confirmed that in 3 days the work will be finished before my birthday and all the advance money was given, we left him the truck the next day at 9 a.m. On July 15, 2020 we left her outside and from there the day passed and they didn't do anything to her later in the afternoon we went to Miami Best Wheels and at 6 in the afternoon they started to do the work when they finished working late and the next day I went to align my car I found that the whole car was badly painted the brakes and they painted other parts that I didn't have to see painted and had damaged parts. I went to claim it and due to the miscalculation of putting the kit of 2.5 i made a paid to lift the tires crashing he wanted to cut a piece of fender where I didn't agree and we paid him $ 1,200 for a suspension. when I got home I was not satisfied and we returned to Miami Best Wheels where i paid another amount of money of $ 524 I never installed the one that I bought him, I given a lot of opportunity and what he did was lie and lie I could not continue paying money due to bad calculation of him due to bad professionalism. He was already taking me to another investment for another suspension where he cheated me by putting a cheaper suspension than the one I paid him of $ 1,800 where I bought him a 3.5 suspension that brought everything and ended up putting one that I didn't authorize without my consent where for justification He says he put a better one than I bought. he doesn't have to decide for me to scam me. I was deceived by him and the shock absorber on the road was sap for putting a cheaper item I arrived at Miami Best wheels where he never gave me his face. My family didn't want to ride in that truck because a shock absorber was blown on the Turnpike, it was a lot of loss, I could not enjoy my Toyota tundra 2019 and not even the wheels that I dreamed of having so much Mr. Osvaldo Báez likes to lie. If you look at the letters, it always has a different date and bad information from the clients and the one who wrote to Miami Dade has other content, my total loss is $ 26,000 dollars, you are only asked for the money from the job that is $ 5,378.80 and the truck was never touched in another workshop to change parts, as he says that he only temporarily got into the Firestone because we decided to buy another new truck since Osvaldo Baez's where he made his mechanics was unusable. The second time they said it would be a week to get the new rims done. This is week 4 and they're still not done. Oh, and they painted the rims wrong not once, but TWICE. I had work done to my truck from this company back in December of 2019. A lift kit, new wheels, new tires. (Lift kit) Was not completely installed. They did not install my diff spacers or my retainers for bolts. (Existing wheel liners) they cut my wheel well liners to access a bolt. (Alignment) the alignment was so out of whack im surprised my tie rods didn't snap. My truck has now been to the shop on 3 separate occasions due to this companies incompetence. They promised to send me missing parts, new wheel well lines and 100 check for my inconvenience. It has now been 6 months and I haven't received anything. Took my suburban with a rounded out lug nut. None of their "techs" could remove the lug nut. I later removed the lug nut at home in my drive way with a flash light and some basic garage tools. They're a joke! Beware of theys guys. read more
