If I can rate 1 star I would. Extremely rude owner, the Argentinian guy. After quoting me over 3k for repairs he said my car needed, I told him I would keep shopping around to get more quotes. He then told me he would charge me at least just for connecting my car to the computer to read what was wrong, which I understand is typical in some places, but the issue was that he didn't inform me about that in the beginning. So when I simply asked him what the charge was for and that I was unaware, he got offended and said "forget it, if you can't afford $50 you're not going to be able to afford $3000 to repair your car so just leave" That's when I realized he only cares about one thing- money. First off, ALL of the 5 star reviews are when this place was called MR GOMA. This is now under new ownership and called Mr. Tire Automotive. I came here TODAY with my parents. I drove a Z3 and they brought a 5 series BMW to have the tires changed. Upon arriving I see the owner, an Argentinian man, and we say hello. I go up to him, as he's just standing around not doing anything, and ask him if he's able to check a set of tires I brought just to see if they're in good shape. That is when his attitude changed and very rudely he yelled that I needed to wait my turn. I ignore the attitude and politely ask if he has a sign in sheet or a list so I can add my name/car to it. He just ignores me and walks away. I should have just left at that point. Not even 5 minutes into waiting another guy in an F250 diesel pulls up and asks the Argentinian owner the same question I did. The Argentinian goes to the back of his truck and pulls the tires out and starts looking at it with him. At this point I'm in disbelief so I confront him about it. I tell him that he's extremely unprofessional by telling me I have to wait my turn to have my tires looked at but he skips me to look at someone else's. His reply to me in Spanish was "This is my business. I run it how I want. You don't need to be here." This is just sad. read more

8 1/2 HOURS TO CHANGE 4 TIRES!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! I arrived at 9:30 in the morning and there was no one there so they pulled my car right in. The guy said it would take an hour to do the tire change and two hours to change my brakes so I told him don't bother with the brakes just do the tire change because I had to be at work at 12. 12:15 comes around and the guy tells me that they broke a bolt on my tire so the mechanic went to go get one. Long story short I didn't leave until 5:58 PM. I remember the exact minute that I left because I had been there all day and got in trouble with my boss because I couldn't go in so I was extremely upset. They cost me an entire days worth of money. I live near by so it's convenient for me to visit this spot whenever I have tire issues. Yesterday, I needed a tire patch and as I walked up to speak to the owner I recognized him from a the previous time I was there because he was very rude. He was extremely rude and nasty this time also. I calmly asked him to please not speak to me in a disrespectful manner and that's when he started yelling and screaming. He has an Argentinian accent and appears to be very angry all the time. I hope that whatever he's going through passes, but nobody deserves to be treated this way. Please do not use this store, the owner is the worst I went to the store yesterday with a completely destroyed tire shedding the layers I drove at 10 mph to get to the store and I arrived 15 minutes before closing and the Argentine owner told me that he turns off the compressors 15 minutes before closing time and that I have to comes back the next day this is ridiculous. I came here because I had a tire that was losing air, told the guy to help me and he gladly did, he could not find were the tire had the punch and told me that because of the cold temperature tires tend to loose presure and recomended me to put nitrous in my tires and i sure did, his name was Jesus, they charged me $40 dollars for this service, 2 days after the tire started loosing presure again but i could not pass by their place until after 4 days because that mr tire is far from my house. When i went another guy came to give me service (i think it was the owner, an argentinian) told me in a very mean way that they were almost closing and could not help me, i just asked kindly if he could at least complete me the mising nitrous because it is no recommended to be mixed with air and the next day is a holiday and would surely by then be out of presure. He told me he would but would charge me $15 because nothing there is for free(i was only mising 10 pounds of presure in 1 tire) and that the guy in charge of the nitrous was not there,lies!!!, surely there stepped out Jesus the guy who put me the nitrous and said that it was a long time since i did (6 days in total and the air mising was from the punch i had that they never found) and pretended he did not even remembered me, even told me he was even in vacation and was not even there. I could not believe the bad service this guys are giving me!! The argentinian was talking to me in a very unprofessional manner telling me i was a liar because jesus was in vacation!! I just said no thanks and decided to take my car elsewhere. I made the mistake of buying used tires at the Hialeah flea market and my car sounded and felt awful, I was in a rush so by the time I went back to the flea market they said there was no warranty, so basically I was robbed of 140.00 for four tires. So I needed to replace the tires from hell, I decided to try Mr. Goma Tires, the manager of this store is named Fritz. I called them on Wednesday and explained to them what I was looking for.. Thursday I went to the location and they checked all the tires and showed me and explained to me why the car drove like a Sherman Tank. The tech that checked my tires is named Orlando and he was very professional and showed and explained what was wrong with the existing tires. The weird thing was that when I looked to the side, I saw four tires with my name on them and the size I needed. That was strange, considering that the day before all I did was call and explained to them what I was looking for. I never specifically said that I would definitely go buy the tires, yet the tires were there already. Apparently the guy that answered the phone on Wednesday was very proactive and ordered the tires from their warehouse(there are a total of four stores in Miami). Any way I went and got the service done on Friday, fast, we'll done and decent price, plus a guarantee and a smooth ride! read more

Don't let the looks of the place fool you, this place is legit. They have name brand tires but they also sell inexpensive Chinese tires and used tires. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. If I could give zero stars I would. I went here to get some used tires and because of all the good reviews I went. I was fooled. I got my tires and everything was fine, a couple days later I got a flat tire. I took it to the closest mechanic at the time and they told me there was a tear in the tire and they were not allowed to fix it. I then called Mr.Tires and they said they'd replace it for free. I went in and then it was totally different story. They told me I got a nail in my tire and they could plug it for $10. He said the plug would be temporary and it would last for a few months. 4 days later I got a flat with the same tire again. I went back to the place and the guy I believe, Oscar, claimed he said that I would be back shortly when previously he said a couple months (which is why I took the deal) had he told me I would be back within a week I would have just gotten a new tire. When I tried to speak with a manager Oscar told me he was the manager and he couldn't help me. The plug that he put was not even safe for the car! He risked my life and told me he did me a favor!! When I called back to speak to the owner he informed me that he has no managers! So not only are they out here risking lives but they are also lying straight to your face. First experience with a used car place and it was HORRIBLE. read more
