There is such a large variety of furniture to look at. The way they set up each floor is like walking through multiple dining rooms, bedrooms, and living rooms. If I remember correctly, I believe there are 5 floors. They even have an open rooftop with outdoor furniture and a nice view of University village. There are stairs but also an elevator. There was someone who greeted us as the door, but after that there appeared to be no associates walking the floor. Maybe it's be reservations?
