I was immediately greeted by Nick who suggested some other products to me including a reds& greens powder. He let me sample it and I went ahead and added it to my purchase. He was very knowledgable and we was able to offer me some advice based on his own weight loss journey. I used all the products I got that day and no problems. I loved being able to support a small business and getting great customer service.

I'm officially converted to Health Spot. I've only frequented the Broad Ripple location so I can't speak for others, but I'm always impressed with the knowledge and up front nature of the folks working there. They are quick to tell me about a product I'm asking about with their own personal opinions as well - if something better has worked for them or they've received customer feedback on a product, it was shared with me. They seem to really get that some products, whether that's different types of proteins for example, work differently with each person individually. Pricing is competitive, and they often have specials going on for different products. You can also find some harder to find items - my go-to's are the Legendary Foods line (pecan pie almond bitter ftw) and also Flavor God seasonings. They have a rewards program that offers something like 2% back on your purchase - for those that spend a lot on supps that can definitely add up.

Y'all. Where do I even begin? I have struggled with sleep for over 6 years. Like on prescription…read moremedication every night kind of struggle. When the medication starting having such extreme negative side effects, I knew I had to get off them completely. I worked closely with my doctor to taper down and I was on a microdose of what I had been taking. I was just so frustrated that I couldn't get off that last little bit. I had tried everything and nothing was working. My friend mentioned CBD Jubilee and I thought...well, why the hell not give it a try? I have nothing to lose. Hear me when I say, I was completely skeptical AND completely open. Skeptic simply because nothing works for me for sleep. Open because when you feel desperate you will try literally anything. I sent Alix an email and we set up a time to chat. We spent over 30mn on the phone that first time we talked. I felt hopeful for the first time in a long time around sleep. I popped in the store that evening and got to meet Alix. Her energy and spirit is unmatched. I took the gummy (still skeptical) and for the first time in years I was able to sleep without a prescription medication. Read that line again. And that was last week! I have been in regular contact with Alix since via email and know I have an advocate in my corner. I feel so grateful. Pro tip: Check out Alix's podcast, The Resource Queen!

We came by to learn more about how they could help wih some issues family members of ours are having, and we left feeling enlightened. They let us try some of the products, including one of their "pain sticks", and within a minute the pain from what was probably a pinched nerve dissipated completely. We are analytical people who love research and can be skeptical- I'd say that got rid of that for us with their products. The decor is cute and has personality, which we loved, and the store manager Jeremiah will offer great customer service and is super down to earth. They don't pressure you, but instead just wanted to help- which we appreciated. We ended up buying like 10 products; CBD pain Strick, wellness gummies, pain butter, and more. Hoping the next few months are even more epic with all of it!

This GNC location is located in the Glendale Town Center strip center that includes Chicken Salad…read moreChick, Dirty Dough, Sephora, and several other businesses. I was having lunch at Chicken Salad Chick and decided to visit a couple other stores in the strip including GNC. This is a relatively small but nicely organized location that seems to cover most of the basics. They're all clearly labeled. They've got the traditional vitamins, of course, along with supplements for fitness, weight loss, digestion, super foods, beverages (including energy drinks), skin care, and they even carry a limited CBD selection. I recently tried CBD to address ongoing issues with muscle spasms and joint discomfort and have been pretty pleased with the results. I looked at the selection here and I did note that all of the options were full spectrum (which means they do include a small amount of THC - important to know if your employer is prone to doing drug testing). While CBD is legal in Indiana, you do have to be aware of percentages to make sure you stay within legal limits and you do want to make sure you're buying from a reputable vendor so there's not much in the way of variation. They had both gummies and lotions. The employee who was working was quite friendly - I failed to get his name. He offered help, though he didn't hover. He answered basic questions and was effective and efficient in processing my purchase. I also noticed they carried a vitamin I am prescribed and I will likely pick that up the next time I'm in. GNC is a national chain started in Pittsburgh in 1935 by David Shakarian. The national headquarters is still only two blocks from the original location. I will note there are some accessibility issues at this location. While there are designated accessible spots, they don't have the metallic signs and nearly every time I've been here I've seen people parked on the blue striped spots (which is illegal, for those who don't know). I typically park at the end of an aisle when I come here - or I'll wheel over from the Target parking lot. While there's security here, they're pretty useless. So, while I am willing to give GNC a 5-star it's with the caveat that Glendale Town Center regularly drops the ball here in terms of access. There are curb cuts - a good thing. The door is a single-sided glass door that is pretty manageable. The store itself is nicely laid out and easily accessible. Overall, this was a very good visit and I was able to get what I needed at a fair price with strong customer service. I'll be back.

He gave me some advice on ones he tried and suggested I wait on changing my multivitamin until I'm done with what I've got. I wound up getting two items that I think will work for me, but we'll see the store is nicely laid out well lit, but you definitely need someone knowledgeable to answer your questions, Adame did that for me. My only concern is when I got home to look at my receipt. The two items that I purchased are not the two items on the receipt so if I wanted to return anything these are not the items so I may have to call the store, but overall it was a very good visit and it's a nice location in Glendale strip malls not too far from target. You could also get a quick cookie at dirty dough right beside GNC.
