They took me there and bought it and left. Most of the Vitamin Shoppes looks exactly alike. Identical. They shelving and displays are almost exactly the same. I been shopping at Vitamin Shoppe for years. Its a store I rely on. At least for me I know I am not buying vitamins that could come from China and then you find out you got a blend in your vitamins with other gunk. Vitamin Shoppe is a trusted source I never buy from Amazon because people have warned me that it could be fake. So vitamin shoppe is a place you can trust.

I was using an online…read morevitamin finder to locate methylcobalamin (B-12, the more expensive kind that doesn't reduce to cyanide upon metabolism), and Vitamin Shoppe proved to be least expensive place to buy it. In a hurry, I paid more for some methyl B-12 at WFM. A month later, when I was out, I made a trip to Vitamin Shoppe. Their inventory is diverse and deep, so I asked for help in finding what I needed. I found the staff to be most helpful in that regard, showing me my options. I settled on the store brand methyl B-12, which was on a BOHO sale at the time of my visit. As a bonus, the store offered some free fitness magazines, but I was told that at least one of them had some great tips and recipes. I don't know that I'll source all of my vitamin needs here in the future, but, for the specialty items, I certainly will. And I'll keep my eyes open for opportunities to do more business with Vitamin Shoppe.

Do not reply to my review with anything other than "We're removing homeopathy from our shelves," because I will not change my mind on this. Because of this, and the fact that they're slow AF, I get my cat's meds compounded at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital in Kentucky unless it's an absolute emergency. I also received a recommendation for a supplement to help with mild appetite suppression and fat burn which I am indeed curious to try. On a side note - I didn't look through all the pharmacy items because I was short on time but BOY did they have a selection in there! You have to be careful about just starting new meds because they can interact with prescription medications, but if you got a supplement cleared with your doctor, I'm fairly sure this place would have it.
