It doesn't matter the location, unless it's the manager or owner, the staff rushes the smoothies and they come out very icy, some with ice chunks inside that won't come out of the straw. Listen, I LOVE this place and frequent them 3-4x per week for a smoothie. Staff is great, friendly, outgoing, sincere. Owners are amazing! But, they don't put in the effort when blending ... so you HAVE to ask! They should time it and require the staff to let the blender run longer to come out with a consistent product, but it is by no means consistent between locations and mostly, in my experience having purchased a few 100 over the last couple years, very inconsistent.

After waiting, I was then told he was already done for the day and would not be taking any more orders. It would have been nice if he had simply let me know from the beginning that he was already closed instead of having me wait. The open sign was still on, and the lights and music were still going, so it was confusing and frustrating as a customer. I've been supporting OneStop and its different locations for over a decade, but unfortunately it feels like the customer service has continued to decline over the past couple of years. The opening and closing hours also never seem to match what's actually posted.
