Immediately I was greeted with a comfortable, laid back inviting atmosphere, complete with ping pong! Both Zach and Bird have extensive knowledge of the many different selections of vapes and juice they sell and we're able to answer all of my questions. Being a novice and new to the vape world, I appreciated the time they spent making me comfortable with my new set up. Actually because of that I felt comfortable enough to have gone back a few times for help when I couldn't figure out all of the settings/modes, thinking I broke it lol, and they were extremely helpful. As a female I always feel put down when going into vape shops across the city, but was very happy to find a welcoming shop who's first goal is to help you find what your looking for, and not make you feel like a complete idiot when you don't know everything. I've been a customer both at their new place and old. The new place is so awesome! So much bigger, lots more things to do, a great place to hang with friends. The employees knowledge base is exceptional and Bird (the owner) is always in to see his customers personally. The prices are unbeatable around the valley as far as premium juice is concerned. E cig city is the best vape shop in the valley and personally I have been to many other locations in California and the Tempe location is far superior to those. I have been coming here for over 2 years and have never had any problems. Jaime and Kyle have been exceptionally helpful, kind and always treat the customer with up most respect and sincerity. E-Cig City Tempe is a great example of a true vape lounge. Not only do they have an up-to-date selection of mods, RDA, and e-juice. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any and all questions regarding vaping, tanks, atomizers, RDA, and batteries. There's a pool table and a comfy couch with a large screen TV and a Nintendo 64 with what seems like Super Smash Bros. on repeat. I don't mind--I love that game. Where to start. This place is awesome. Bird really knows his stuff and makes you feel comfortable when entering the world of vapes. The place has an awesome atmosphere and sweet artwork. My favorite part about this place is how they have it set up like a bar. There are way too many flavors and it can be overwhelming to pick one out without trying it. been to most the vape shops on the east valley and by far this is the best one in my opinion. great selection of different equipment and they're always adding more and more e-liquids to choose from on top of their already large stock. most importantly their staff is fantastic. very knowledgeable on what their talking about, friendly, and they wont try and oversell you stuff if you go in there clueless. they also have the best 5stars perks are the best out of all the shops ive been to. couldnt recommend this shop any more. read more

Have you ever had a orgasm before? Or been to a Asian massage parlor. That's basically what this store is I had some issues and ended up talking to the manager "bird" and he hooked up a free bottle of my favorite liquid! And compared to a lot of other vape shops this place has great deals. Sometimes during events there's food or bull riding outside. They have a couch and A ping pong table. This place is probably one of my favorite vape shops in Tempe. The atmosphere is always inviting, the music choices are always changing per employee but never bad. They have a juice selection that is outrageous, if you can't find a flavor there you might as well just quit vaping. Or at least tell them what flavors you're into and they will narrow it down to a few since they have over 200+ juices to choose from. And they always have a stock of the most recent and current mods! I'm loving the new digs! I frequented at the Scottsdale location before they moved because it was a 2 min walk from my job. Now that they are in Tempe, I make the drive as often as I can. Same great crew, different location. Their selection of juice, mods, tanks, tools etc. has grown due to a larger space.
