I always use this place because I like the house vapes. Last week I got talked into buying their new store brand Eclipse vape. Tasted good, hit good, at least the display did. I bought one, got home and it didn't turn on. I charged it, it turned on and it hit fine for a few hours. I picked it up the next morning and sucked from it but it didn't work. I charged it again but still did not work. I know they don't do returns so I went back the next day and bought my usual Dispo Surge. The long haired guy told me to bring back the Eclipse and they would change it out because they want to know when these new vapes have issues. Well, I went back today and it was a different person working. I explained everything to her and asked me to show her how the vape was not working. Of course, now the vape hits. We laugh, but I still want to exchange it because I don't want a product that works sometimes. She says no. So I asked her to throw it in the trash with 90 percent juice still in it. Everyone is so nice here and they have great customer service. However, I bought 4 disposable vapes from them and 2 of them lasted 15 minutes before burning and self hitting and the other two were rechargeable and wouldn't recharge. I was very skeptical about them being real after that. I never received the boxes for any of these because they had some "policy" in the store. The last one I got I made sure to keep the box and I tried to verify it and it said it was not verifiable and therefor fake. Really disappointing to go somewhere that says they are verified at their store to receive fake devices and get scammed. read more

Another customer walked in and as soon as he finished helping the people that he was originally helping he went directly to the person who walked in AFTER us! And all of Tempe knows it, but when I go into East six city Tempe I feel as if I walked into a judgment free environment. Good juice selection, their house juices are the same as Red Star Vapor's. Where they lost stars however, was that they order bulk Japanese cotton from Amazon that is actually not for vaping use but only labeled as such on Amazon. Also, the juices are marked up probably about double the price you would find them for online with some exceptions, like Mokuyatsu White Gummi where they offer 30mL bottles for $12, which normally only comes in $50 180mL packs. The individual who helped me was fairly patient with me, albeit not having a huge amount of knowledge regarding some of the products. read more

I'm super, super new to all this and was frankly intimidated to go into a vape store. I saw that this place was nearby and well rated and chose to give it a go. I already had a Ego device and after telling Bird what wasn't working for me he made suggestions that made my device work better (basically just swapping out for a higher resistance coil, only costing me a few dollars). He absolutely could have attempted to sell me into a new device, and I probably would have gone for it. However, his honesty, openness and welcoming nature has won himself and his establishment a new customer. When I need juice or it's time to upgrade I will definitely be coming to see Bird first. Just a tip, the store is tucked into a corner and can be a little harder to find, especially when it's dark. The late closing time is also a gigantic plus in my book, as I get off work pretty late and that's the best time for me to run errands without having kids with me. Thank you, Bird!
