Terrible service. Terrible prices. Staff acts annoyed you even came in. Extremely unhelpful and they waste your time. Visit 1: I came in and waited in line (it was just me) while this employee dude was chatting up his friend who came in for 10 minutes before his friend left, then he just says "hey" to me. I asked the guy what was a good recommendation for geek bars and he says to me in an aggressively annoyed tone "You tell me, dude??" which is impressively horrible service lol. Embarrassing. Visit 2: I came in and waited 5 minutes for the woman working to walk out from the back room eating and held up a finger for me to wait for her to finish chewing and swallowing as she paced around behind the counter and im not kidding another 5 minutes for her to be ready to address me. Beware, this shop does not stand behind the quality of their product. Bought Zyn here which was void of any flavor, they were stale not even a hint of wintergreen upon returning to the shop and requesting a refund I was told I can only exchange for more of their stale product. Even had the employee give it the ole taste test and he agreed. This seems like a silly solution as I am offered more stale product in exchange for the previous batch. If $7 is enough to cause your business to ignore quality control concerns, I think there needs to be some serious evaluating in terms of your business model and the type of service you are committed to provide. Mind you this is the SECOND quality related issue with this place. Previously i bought a 510 vape battery, which faulted the next day, saw the same people working next day, refused refund, this time I didn't have the receipt but hey you literally sold it to me 24 hrs prior. Workers get kind of bothered when you ask questions. Main issue was is they have things labeled incorrectly in store for sizing, went home compared to my other product didn't match up, so I had to drive all the way back to get the right product due to the workers error and it being labeled wrong. I have been going here for 8 years and there is a distinct difference since it has been under new ownership. The previous staff was courteous and helpful. It is now a chore to go into the shop and I will not be returning after my previous visit. The clerk (Paige) was rude, she sent me away without the proper products, which I had to go back to get. She was rude and condescending. The product I purchased was double the price from what I found on the internet. This place is conveniently located next to my apartment but after buying multiple different disposable vapes on multiple occasions, I no longer go here. These disposables must be counterfeit or not handled well because I bought at puff plus's bar at 11am and by 6pm is was already dead. This review is difficult for me to write, because I always want small businesses to succeed, but I'm very unsatisfied with my product I went in the store, and the lady was warm, and tried to be helpful, but here's the issue: When I asked about their juice flavors. They were like "well, we have chameleon, which tastes pretty much like whatever you want it to taste. People say the taste changes", then I asked about other flavors, and once again they mentioned some variation of chameleon, that tastes like whatever you want it to be. I found that to be very gimmicky. It has a taste, I don't know what it is, but I know I don't like it, and I don't want to ever use it again. My suggestion: spend more time making on your recipe's. Calling something "chameleon" because you are having difficulty matching a flavor profile is lazy. I was in need of a new filter for my vape pen and called to ask if they had it, but wasn't sure of the exact filter I was needing the manager Angie seemed confident that they had the right one that I was needing. When I went to the store they did not have the filter, I was looking for. Although they had other things that I was needing to purchase. Since they didn't have the filter I was looking for and Angie, The manager gave us a free Vape juice of our choice, since she had told me on the phone that she thought they had the filter that I was needing and that I had driven to the store for that reason. Because of Angie I returned to the store to buy filters again and while at the store I decided to buy another Vape pen. There was an employee there that wasn't very helpful. And I purchased the Vape pen and went outside to get my wife and came back into the store and ended up purchasing another Vape pen for her. I then wanted to exchange the first vape pen that I purchased minutes ago that was unused to a more expensive vape pen but was unable to do so because they have a no return policy. And the reason I was told I was unable to exchange it was because I had left the store. This was very upsetting because all I wanted to do was exchange the brand new unused vape pen that I had purchased minutes ago, but was unable to do so! I was extremely frustrated and upset, because I couldn't exchange the vape pen to a more expensive pen. I would have been more understanding if the employee had given me a different reason other then saying that they wouldn't exchange the pen for the fact that I had left the store. Staff was relatively helpful but not as knowledgeable as I had hoped. Items were very overpriced, 20 dollars for batteries I went home and bought online for 5 dollars, I bought a protank mini for 25 because I wanted it that day but should have just bought it online and waited 2-3 days I'm sure I could find it somewhere for 10-15 dollars. Liquids were 10 dollars for 10 ml bottles. As far as the liquids go I'm unimpressed. The flavor was a little weak, the vapor production was okay, and it had an decent throat hit. Not terrible but not all that good. I bought a watermelon and coffee flavor, I prefer the coffee of the two but I will likely just shelf them for now, maybe they will age well. I asked what their return policy was if something was wrong with the tank and he said something along the lines of "We don't have one but if something is wrong bring it in and we'll fix it" the tank was fine so not an issue but it seemed a little odd to me, why not have an in store credit only policy or something of the like. While the location is incredibly convenient and I usually prefer the instant satisfaction of b&m shopping I will not be a return customer. read more

After purchasing a rebuildable atomizer from here (very overpriced) I couldn't get it to work. I went back in (three times) for help, and received absolutely no assistance. They made sure I knew that they didn't know about rebuildables, but there were some other basic knowledge vaping things they didn't know. I was asked the difference between different resistance atomizer heads. Also they are overpriced across the board (juices are medium quality and high price). Though it may be tempting for people who live in ahwatukee, a drive to xhale vapor lounge or butt out, or even ordering online will be well worth it. read more

Then they helped me out by giving exchange with a voltage adjust ment for stronger hits. I bought a new one recently mvp. My wife and I stopped in a while back, and it was both the first time, and last time. We have been vaping for over 3 years now, and I have been DIYing much (but not all) of our juice for well over a year. In short....we are not noobs, whether it comes to hardware, or juice. Although the shop itself is very nice, the service we received made us think we were at a used car dealership. The employee was trying such a hard sell on their house juice, it was borderline sad. Even after I explained to him that I had been DIYing for quite some time, and was very familiar with juice ingredients (PG/VG/flavorings/nicotine/etc), he still tried to tell us that the nicotine they used in their house juice was so high quality, you needed a special license to buy it. I asked him if he meant the strength/purity was above 100mg, thus the need for the license, he stated no, the special license was based on the quality of the nicotine. After reading the 3 negative reviews I would think they are from the competition. Reason being, I have been treated fairly by Tarik when he was at a different shop. I think the reviewers are being unreasonable. Anyone with a brain knows there is a price for the convenience of having the product when you want it as opposed to online purchases.
