Nutrition shops can vary wildly based on the personalities of their owners, but this guy is really chill and laid back. He doesn't try to up sell or pressure you. He will, however, answer your questions and give you recommendations. And he'll remember you. I came in with my grandma once and he asked after her the next time I came in. He will also stand by his products. If something is wrong with it, he is willing to make it right. A product I bought hadn't mixed fully and when I showed him, he was perfectly happy to switch it out with a different one. I have since moved to Washington, but I'll miss this place. I frowned & pointed out to her It clearly states on the coupon that no purchase was necessary but she said they had limited shakers in the store.
