They had unlimited knowledge about their products. I spent more than I was planning but it's because the guys there went beyond the call of duty. I got some vape fluids and two more vapes. They explained everything to me and how to use them. Even showed me how to fill the vapes & filled for me. Thankfully because i'm not a person who usually reads instructions first. One of the vapes needs to be filled kinda of in smaller whole next to the lg whole. If it weren't for the two young gentlemen showing me I might have filled it incorrectly. I don't know the owner or his policies. Therefore I don't even know if the staff is paid fairly. I don't even know if this company stands by what it sells. I can only say the two young gentlemen who helped me are worth their weight in gold. I'm hoping it's a reputable company that does stand by what it sells and even help you with say a vape I purchased in Fl because then we will always go back to same store. We just moved here from Fl a yr ago so still learning what companies are honest or not. That part of Cloud 9 has everything to do with who the owner is. I will let you know.

I walked in and asked for something and he just pointed down the aisle and said it's over there. Fine, I walk over there and then had a specific question about and atomizer. "What I have is in the case". Ok, kind of an attitude but not problem. He's texting away at his phone and I decide forget the atomizer let me just buy a whole dab rig or pen. So I asked which one would be best for oil and he says "what I have is right here" absolutely doesn't look up from his phone and keeps texting. WTH was that?! He was to bothered and busy to help the only customer in the store? I had a simple question, "which do you recommend?" I instead drove to the vape shops two stores down in the Goodwill center and dropped $200 there. Wow! That was such a gen z experience that I'm kinda shocked.

It's been a while since I've had questions, but love that their team is well-versed in what's available and are eager to assist if needed. When I visited it was packed! They had 3-4 lanes open checking people out and that really made all of the difference when it came to my checkout time. That's TOM of Finland, organic Vodka, less sugar and made out of pure ingredients. Amazing, I didn't even know that it existed. I had not seen it in the liquor stores in Finland. Very knowledge owner with multiple locations. The selection was good for those with a range from beginners to aficionados who want to enjoy the lounge experience. Small intimate atmosphere with many regulars. This place was actually about third capacity at 10:30 AM. I believe that's a good sign on value service and quality cigars. So I explained while I would just like either my money back or store credit, they looked at me with a smile on their face and said oh I'm sorry all we can do is give you a coupon And of course I refused, why would I ever come back to a place that treats their customers like idiots. Malachi then pointed out see all these signs. No return policy. Well, let's just look at the receipt. Nope you cannot sell a product. It's unopened or used and not return. So I had them call the district manager, so Raven went to the back and acted like she made a phone call when she came back said sorry but no I. Ant return a unused broken tobacco tray, I asked her who she spoke to so I want to see if the name is correct. If you need anything and want customer service don't come to this location. The way I was treated by both Malachi and Raven is wrong. When a customer walks in and it's graded very nicely, then asked politely I need to return this and another coworker immediately bulrushes you to make you say the exact same thing you said and then open it clearly can tell it's damaged still has the plastic on it and told this is how it arise by the manufacture sorry we can't help you. Turn to Malachi and said hey can we do an exchange for this one and I'll cover the rest with cash. He said no there's no way I can do that. This is an unused tray that has malfunction or damage to be the correct word. The night I purchased the tray there were other things going on in this store that others would be appalled. I'll hold that story for another time. I just want to not not be treated ignorant like that's the first time I've walked through those doors and the biggest thing is lied to on top of bullied up on.
