I do have to say that I am extremely pleased I went through with checking out Jeeps at Leith because my experience, throughout the entirety of the day, was nothing short of incredible. The whole car buying experience was not high-stakes, high-stress, and I actually felt like a human being throughout, not just another person to be sold a car. Even when we talked prices, I never felt like I was a subhuman for wishing for the best possible value. I had an incredible saleswoman (Estefany) and really must say for my first major car buying experience this was one to remember and one to replicate should I need to buy in the future. She never pressured me, always keep trying to find something that I liked/wanted, and actually dealt with me like someone she knew and was looking out for. I 100% recommend going to Leith Chrysler Jeep if you are looking for your next vehicle. A repair that cost $400 to fix was estimated at $3000 by them. Trust me, go elsewhere. Bought new vehicle from them 1.5 yrs ago for $55,000 still under bumper to bumper warranty and they denied the warranty claim. They are quick to take the sale, but after that the customer relationship is over! I will never go back.

One of the first times the car was there for several weeks, and they only fix the minor problems. Worst: they always refused to provide me a written proof that the car was at their mechanical shop. Lost a lot of money, a lot of time and a lot of patience. Even went to court! The car died after a couple months... Beware of tricky sales pitch and demand everything written. My recommendation: don't waste your time. If you try it, at least check the car first in a good mechanical shop. Check also their reaction when you ask to do that.

I went inside and asked how much for a patch job, and they quoted me 24.99. They were SUPER friendly, and the repair took less than 20 minutes. With tax, it was a little less than 30 dollars. There isn't one portion of the service provided that is component everything from ordering the parts to (apparently) the mechanics. That said everyone is friendly enough just nothing gets done. I'm okay with spending money for dealership prices as you'd have a certain expectation; not here my experience has been disappointment and total rip off.
