I've been going to CC's coffee since January 2025. At least once a week they continuously mess up my coffee. I pay over six dollars for a caramel macchiato and they continuously forget to put the syrups in it. So it's basically espresso and milk. I have called the branch multiple times about them messing up my coffee. They ask for the receipt and the receipt is correct the workers are just not preparing the coffee correctly read more

This location apparently is still having staffing issues. It's very frustrating to have to wait on 1 Iced Coffee clearly this location needs to make some changes. It's not the employees it's staffing, management issues. Shorten your hours for prime time and have staff to work it!! read more

I always go through the drive through and get the same thing. They make it right every single time, i've never had a problem with the coffee or employees. They're all so nice and make sure the order is correct. I also always get an iced cold brew, THEY DONT OVERFILL WITH ICE!!! You pay for coffee and you get coffee. I took all of the ice out to put the coffee in the fridge and only had an extra millimeter of room. Not overpriced, actually good coffee, and the sizes are pretty large!! 10/10 my new favorite coffee place!! Wish i could give every worker a little forehead kiss. read more

I've been to this location several times and have actually had several bad drinks. I was given hot coffee poured over ice, milk with a few drops of coffee, a cup full of ice, and a few other things... The good drinks I have had here have been very good though! I have actually gotten quite a few free drinks here too because of their mistakes. The employees are usually always sweet and super friendly! I included a picture of a drink I got not too long ago where ice was filled all the way to the top and there was literally just a few sips of coffee in it! I was very disappointed and haven't been back since. Over all it is a decent place with pretty nice coffee. Although I don't stop by quite as often from all the errors. read more

I'm pretty simple when it comes to coffee. I good dark roast with a bit of creamer is all I need and their blend was fine. I also grabbed a couple of ham and cheese croissants which had a good flavor even if they were kind of flat and not shaped like a croissant. The biggest positive is they open earlier than many other coffee shops so I will likely return if I'm out earlier than the smaller shops are open. read more

Came down this street looking for Arby's, and found this! This is pretty good and is the closest thing to a Starbucks in this town. Dear cc's coffee, I was so excited about treating myself with a sugar free white chocolate iced latte today at 5:30 after leaving the clinic where I work. I am a Nurse and have been seeing patients all day. I pulled to the drive through. But no. You would not serve me. Why you ask? because it was 5:30. " but your sign says your new hours and you are open until 6" "yes well , we have to be out of here by 6 and we have to sanitize everything." But it's 5:30! Ok fine , Please change your sign! To reflect your true hours . Sincerely, A very tired, worn out , emotionally and physically drained mom, wife, and local essential healthcare worker. We need our caffeine to survive this! I have put off writing anything because I thought it may just be me. After bad experience after bad experience at this location, I chose to invest in a very nice expresso machine. One of many experiences that created this end was last Saturday. It was raining and I arrived at the door ,due to previous drive through disasters. It was 10 after 6 and the door was locked. While getting rained on, I waited. The not so friendly attendant opened the door cursing that someone lost the key to unlock the door. I was the first person there in either drive through or walk in. I sat at the register waiting to order while the two were at the coffee maker. I felt it was odd but what isn't here. Few minutes of waiting showed me that they were making their own drinks. I am a CCs Coffee fanatic and this location does not disappoint. Most times I get a cafe au lait or cold brew, but when I get dangerous I get a Mochasippi. The place is relatively new and the workers care about their job. Make sure you have a rewards card. read more

I have had my order made incorrectly several times but this morning was ridiculous. I ordered an Iced Chai latte with sugar free vanilla. I was handed an iced chai. When I told them the order was wrong, instead of making a new one, they dumped out half of the tea and poured milk in it. I ended up with a tasteless glass of watery milk. This I paid $5.00 for. My business will now go to Hidden Grounds. I can see why the Jackson street location closed. You guys don't have Baristas, you have untrained fast food workers making sub par cafe drinks. I keep going to this place for some ridiculous reason most likely related to the fact that it's the only coffee place near my house. Every single time without fail it takes me at least 15-20 minutes to get a coffee. No one ever seems how to work the computer and ring up a correct order. 2/5 times they got my order wrong just in the past two weeks. Only once have I been in there and had one girl knowing what she was doing. This was my first experience at CC's. I stopped for a chai tea latte and a muffin. The muffin was great; however, the chai tea was the worst I have ever tasted! It tasted like weak tea. You could not take any chai. Considering that my grande cup (medium) and the muffin was $7, this was not a good deal as I poured out the tea. It was undrinkable. I will have to stick to Hidden Grounds off of Military Highway. They make the best one I have ever tasted. read more

Fantastic service. It's great to see CC's branching out from God's Country. It is most unfortunate that the Arby's down the road made my husband so furious that he swore we wouldn't be stepping foot into this town ever again. But really, this location was clean, courteous, and got our order perfect. If you're stuck living in this town, at least now you have good coffee.
