Dustin contacted us promptly after we requested a bid to remove two recliners from our home. He advised that he had room in a trailer that he was going to be taking to the dump for the two recliners and gave me a quote to pick them up and haul them off to the dump with the rest of the items he was taking. I felt it was a fair quote. It was in between the highest and the lowest quote. We agreed to pay $150 for coming and taking them out of our home and to the dump. Dustin arrived exactly on time. (0930) unfortunately he had to park in the street because our ancient Durango would not start so I couldn't move it or he could've pulled up a little closer into the driveway. Just so you're aware, he did not mention this. I just was thinking that when I realized I couldn't move the Durango that morning. At any rate, he came to the door and knocked. After introducing himself, I let him in to take a look at the recliners which I had moved up into the front of our home. He immediately took out the first one and got it, settled within his trailer and came back for the second one. He was very professional and extremely nice. We scheduled out over 3 weeks for a moving service that was about an hour away from their base and the hot tub was to be moved about 20 miles closer to their home base of work. We had agreed to a quote and time and date and over 30 min after the mover were supposed to be there and we had texted asking about the ETA- the owner read the text then waited 15 min before answering any of our calls. At this point he says he had someone injured and didn't know where his brain was at because he needed to check on him. This would have been over an hour and a half at least after he would have needed to be on the road to make it for the appointment. So now he is short a guy and can't do it. Which I understand- but at this point? This long? How is he an adult with a normal job if he can't do the bare minimum. Seems like he might be a teenager just starting out. He didn't even call back to say sorry and attempt to reschedule. But Mack's hot tub moving was great. And cheaper. So thanks lone wolf. You did me a favor. Dustin and his team were very professional on handling your furnitures. They were very fast on their service. His price is very reasonable and it all depends on the situation such as living on 2nd floor or the items are not packed yet that can drive the price up but them again, his service is to haul ur stuff and reassemble it on the destination. He also respect the house condition also such as putting temporary carpets so the floor is not too dirty from the moving.
