As I was leaving, a young man walked into the same aisle while talking on the phone and shopping. I stepped aside to head out, and next thing I know, he's right behind me saying, "Have a great day." I wasn't sure if he was talking to me, so I just kept walking. This isn't the first time I've had an uncomfortable experience here. The last time I came with my family, we all felt like we were being watched the entire time. It's unfortunate because the store really does have some great and unique items, but it's hard to enjoy browsing when you feel uneasy. The girl at the front desk is always kind and helpful, but if the store is dealing with theft issues, I think there are better ways to handle it without making customers feel uncomfortable.

They would wait to fill them until you there. If you're in pain or need antibiotics, the last thing you want is to hang out at Walmart! Miracle Care doesn't needlessly delay you. On my last visit to Miracle Care, I had just left the grueling ER after 6 hours and was on the way to get my meds. I was feeling like death warmed over. Who knows what new ailment I picked up in the ER, I wondered. A minute into my ride I got a call from Miracle Care saying my meds were ready!!! AWESOME. I got there looking like hot garbage, feeling dehydrated, and grabbed a Gatorade and headed to the counter. The woman at the counter had my meds ready and told me the Gatorade was on the house. I asked the pharmacy staff about VIS and information on the vaccine. Both the pharmacist, Michael Guiguis, and the pharmacy technician Stephanie Montoya told me they don't keep that information because "nobody asks for it." Ms. Montoya tild me the name of the manufacturer and said "go in google and find the information about it." I tried, but there was no cell signal at the location. I mentioned that and the pharmacist laughed and said "yeah signal is bad here." He then said he would give me all the information AFTER i get my shot. I replied that I wantesto aee it before and that by law he had to provide it. He then told me to sit down and started talking care of another customer. After than he asked me if I was going to get the shot. I again said that I needed the information about the ingredients and side effects prior to getting the shot. Mr. Michael Guiguis said, "I will have to do extra work just for you to find it." I noted that tgey have to have VIS available and he said again, "Nobody ever asks for this." Then he told me he wasn't going to give me the shot. I had to get store manager involved in order to obtain the information I spent 30 minutes asking for. Both the pharmacist and the pharmacy technician were rude, unprofessional and refused to provide information about the vaccine until after the store manager got involved.
