I could live with all of that, but the worst part and reason for the 1-star review is the gate. The gate is poorly constructed and comes off the track anytime there is a little wind. Bobby offered a 1-year warranty on his work so I contacted him to fix the issue. He said he would come fix it, but never showed up. I contacted him several more times and each time he promised to come fix the gate, but never shows up. It's been about a month now. Bobby still hasn't fixed the gate and he's no longer responding to my follow up messages to fix his shoddy work on the gate.
