He's the one who helped me choose which kratom would work best for me when I was switching from pharmaceuticals to something natural. The other night I went there with my daughter and my car overheated and just shut off. It's been a particularly rough month, my phones shut off so he gave me the wifi password to keep my 3 year old daughter entertained while he figured out what caused the problem and fixed it. They have a lounge area open to the general public (spacious and comfortable), and a private members section that is IMMACULATE. The members' area has multiple rooms and is one of the cooler layouts I've seen. The cigar selection isn't the biggest, but it gets the job done. What really sold me on this place was the service and ventilation. The manager was extremely attentive to my party; gave us a tour of the building and made us feel welcomed. Regarding the ventilation - it's one of the best systems in the Chicagoland area. Unless there are 50 people in there chain smoking, you won't leave drenched in cigar smoke. Big fan of this place; I heard they have new locations coming and I'll have to check those out once they're open.
