Hubby's truck was having issues with check engine light and after our mechanic checked it out he referred us to an auto electrician in Carson. Since we're in Cerritos we decided to look for someone closer and thankfully Yelp lead us to the right guy. We called and spoke to Miguel who told us to bring the truck in the next day. I have been coming to see Miguel for about 10 years and have brought in several cars for some form of electrical or general repair. I live in Van Nuys and come this far because Miguel is honest and the prices are very reasonable. I have found that if you confine your work to electrical you will be fine. I have used Miguel at CCC several times over the Years when we have had Major Problems with Auto Electric - Well Major for us but just another day for Miguel and his guys. 2010 - The First time i brought in a large work truck and needed a by pass safety switch - Miguel said to leave it for a diagnosis and he would call me back in a few hours - Well an Hour later he called and said it was done and only charged me $ 50.00 2015 - Got a fix it ticket on the Wifes Van - No Turn Signals Brought it to a normal Auto Shop - ( Whoops bad Idea ) They had it for 5 days, took it apart and put it back together, told me it would be major work and approx. $ 1,800.00 OUCH ! So i told them No thanks - They put it all back together and Charged me $ 250.00 - WHAT ? So we brought it to Miguel. I figured he was going to call back and say - Sorry Major Problem. Our car's check engine light had been on for months. When it went to the dealer to have the recalled fuel pump replaced I had them look for the cause. A rat that was living in our garage (since taken care of) had eaten through a wire to the O2 sensor. The dealer wanted $4800 to replace the main harness. They would not consider fixing the existing harness. Luckily I was told about Miguel and CCC. He fixed it in one day for less than 5% of what the dealer quoted. All codes have been cleared. They did great work at a very reasonable price. Why? Because they know what they are doing and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. A good comparison would be with a bad experience I had about 15 years ago with the same car. I took my car to the dealer to fix the power seat which stopped working. I told them that I backed the chair up and then the chair stopped moving. Obvious solution right? Either the motor gave out or somehow a wire got disconnected because I said it happened when it was moving. They billed me $300 (today would be about $500) because they spent all this time looking at the wires at the control box which wasn't even near the seat tracks. So basically they investigated the 5th and 6th possible cause before checking out the two most likely causes. With Miguel and his team, they found out the problem with my brake lights and why only the top was working but not the bottom ones. The problem was probably #8 on the list of possible causes, but they were able to test the other possibilities quickly and get to the actual problem in a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend to anyone having electrical problems with their car. read more

I've been going to these guys for all of my battery and electrical needs for over a decade and they do me right every time. I recommend them to anyone I know who needs a battery or has electrical issues. $35 bucks for a battery if you bring in your bad one to exhange. Can't beat that. I've never had an issue with CCC's batteries unless I left them sitting, connected to a car, for 8 months, which will kill ANY battery. Speaking of which, someone complained about the 6 month warranty in another review, thinking that was because it could go bad or something, but the 6 month period is because if you leave a battery hooked up to a car that sits for much longer, without being started, that battery will die, no matter how good it is. If these guys had a 1 year warranty they would have to replace batteries that the owners messed up through dis-use, which they shouldn't have to do. Thanks guys and I'll be back ! read more

In October of last year, the power window switch on my 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria went out, the window could not be closed so I did a Google search and found CCC Auto Electric. I called, talked to Miguel, and arranged to take my car in on a Monday morning. Later in the day he called to recommend that I replace the power window switches on both driver's side doors which I agreed to do. He called the next day to let me know my car was ready for me to pick up, I asked him I much I owed him and was very pleasantly surprised with what he had to say. When I picked up my car I told him that I would be back for sure if I needed any additional work. That additional work was needed this week when the chime on the ignition switch malfunctioned and wouldn't stop chiming after the car was started. I took it back to CCC Auto Electric, Miguel diagnosed the problem to be module under the dash but he said he couldn't find anywhere so I asked him if he could simply disable the one that was there, he said yes and said he would call me when he had it done, he called about an hour and a half later to let me know it was done, when I arrived at his shop I once again asked Miguel how much I owed him, once again I was very pleasantly surprised by his answer and his philosophy of not over-charging customers.
