My experience was not good. On 3 different occasions I was told a document was ready for me to sign, and on all 3 of those documents, I found errors. I even questioned if they have done their due diligence in carefully reviewing and double-checking documents prior to telling a client that it has been reviewed and ready to sign. No idea how these guys have a decent rating. Clearly it's all fluff. I called with a serious PI case. Was told by Henry that someone would respond back to me ASAP. No one called. Follow up 1- called back. Again Henry took my statement. Told me they were interested in taking the case and wanted to schedule a meeting, but couldn't pin point a time. Follow up 2- called again. Asked to schedule the meeting. Office manager couldn't be bothered, but said "someone will call you back soon." Follow up 3- called AGAIN. Finally was apologized too several times and then told they were too busy to take the case. Also I might add, while speaking to Henry, he was distracted with another conversation and was laughing at a joke (I would assume). He clearly didn't realize that I heard his giggles. Definitely NOT the type of attitude you want from anyone in the legal profession. Bottom line: If you have a serious PI case that needs attention, don't waste your time or energy on disorganized people. Better to move on and find a more reputable practice. read more

He ain't that great. In fact, he doesn't remember to return calls. His prices were slightly above some other attorney's I've met with. He's polite yes, but not very good on tact. After speaking with him, you don't get the sense that he cares much or has a genuine vested interest in your situation. Otherwise, he would make a lil more effort in keeping you in the loop. He didn't come from a big time law school (Golden Gate Univ). Which is not a big, big, deal, but THERE ARE BETTER ATTORNEY'S OUT THERE-- with more experience. He graduated only a year or so ago.
