The amount of tuna on top however was not proportional to the sushi as it was unevenly cut. The avocado seemed to be too big in comparison to the tuna. The construction of the rolls were a bit lacking. I was hoping for the tuna to have a bit of a kick as well. The tempura had a nice crunch to it and the creaminess of the avocado was a nice balance to this. Spicy Salmon Roll: The spicy salmon roll is a classic and its always my go-to order. The rolls were packed tightly which helped keep its integrity with each bite. The salmon was buttery with a delicate sweetness to it but again, I was hoping for it to be spicy. It didn't have that kick to it. Overall, both rolls had potential and needs slight improvement in terms of technique and depth of flavours.
