I spoke to a Lamaar who was busy and wasn't able to make an appointment with me until later in the afternoon. After talking to him for a few minutes I asked him if there was any way to accommodate me sooner as I was flying out that night. He asked me if I could be there within 30 minutes. Beyond happy with the service I got today! About two months ago I had gotten my screen repaired at a different phone repair store and after they were done my phone wouldn't work unless it was on speaker and with in a week the screen began to lift from the phone. Well today after chasing my 9 month old around the house my phone slipped out of my pocket and it dropped the screen did not shatter but it was definitely damaged the lcd was destroyed. I called cc repairz and I came in immediately! Once I arrived Lamaar was very accommodating and was able to fix my phone immediately and replace the parts that the previous phone repair store had in fact broke. He made it a point that my phone was fixed immediately because he did not want me to drive with my child with out access to my cell phone. He was very sincere and His prices were extremely reasonable as well. If any one is in need of getting any of their devices fixed I couldn't imagine anyone else that would be perfect for doing so ! Long story short (the whole story is below if you would like to read), this is NOT a place I recommend. The very first time I took in I paid over 100 (it was 118 or something) it was all good but the screen started to lift up and I needed to take it in at least 3-4 times just to fix it. (They say lifetime warranty so it was all free) but with this screen, they finally told me it was a bad one and replaced it to a new one for free after all those times I needed to get it fixed. Then soon after that, I noticed a hairline thin lifting again. However I was so sick and away from home, I could not take it in and was planning to take it in after New Years. Then only 3 weeks later with the new screen, the screen died. Functionally it was working. (It rang, received messages and took a screenshot and all that) When I took it in, he placed my phone on the table and tapped and told me my phone is bent because it should not make any sound if placed on a flat surface. (doesn't he know there is a camera lens sticks out from the back???????) and then they took my expensive aluminum edged tempered glass off and tried to fix it but the owner eventually told me they could not fix it. They were supposed to call me certain time and I left a receptionist a message way before the office closes but never received a call and I needed to call to see if it was fixed or not. He did not sound happy when I called maybe just because I called after hours (like 15 mins after so I could give him time to call me after he closes his shop). They told me they tried everything they could not they said they cannot fix it. But all the excuses he gave me sounded such a lame excuses after I got my phone fixed in one minute. I think EVERYTHING-Ccrepairz-could-do-to-fix it is very low standard. Where did I take it? WIRELESS PHONE MEDICS and they fixed it in 1 min to show me it worked just fine and only 10 mins to fix everything. Go to other shops and not here. You may waste time and money. As for the expensive tempered glass, it got chipped by them and even a small piece of glass was pressed between the cover and the screen when it was returned and they did not even tell me they would compensate it. If it were possible for me to give them any lower of a rating I definitely would. I took my lap top to Lamar Elliot. Long story short, he "repaired" my laptop. 2 months later the same piece that he "repaired" broke again. Lamar initially told me he would take care of my computer free of cost. After ignoring my calls to check on my computer for a week, Lamar coincidentally answered my call when I called from a different number, just to inform me that he refused to fix my computer. The conversation began to get heated and the man who shamelessly calls himself the owner of ccrepairz hung up on me mid sentence. I proceeded to go in to his office building where lamar met me in the lobby and assured me that he would give me a refund, in front of his other customers, but then refused to give me my money back when I spoke to him privately in his office. He egotistically refused to admit his fault in my computer not being fixed correctly and basically wanted me to kiss up to him to get my money back. I'm not about that life. The conversation began to get heated again. After leaving his office I realized I had left a personal item in his office. He locked his office door and childishly refused to give me my possession. Ccrepair repaired my iPhone 5 screen and it was bowed out but just barely. The gap expanded and cracked the screen. Called and left a message right away but no return call. Called a second time same story. We decided to stop by during business hours and they weren't there. We thought they ruined our iPhone and closed down. We were finally able to get in to see them. They had originally told us that they guarantee their work. However when we arrived they told us that the problems were not their fault but that they would fix it for another 48 dollars. The discussion got heated and he insulted my wife telling her to learn her science. Whatever that means. We asked for our phone back and informed them we were dissatisfied. We also said we wouldn't refer anyone. We were told that was fine because they had plenty of customers. We aren't hard to please or easy to upset but the disrespect and incompetence of this company has really upset me. Horrible customer service! If ccrepair contacts me and offers me a complete refund then I will consider our slate clean and would take down any negative feedback.
