What was bad was the customer service. My order contained many bills, and the lady serving me just handed the loose bills to me. Which I thought was kind of strange. I asked for an envelope in which to keep the currency. She said the woman just ahead of me got the last envelope. End of discussion, apparently. I asked her if she could take a look just in case there might be one somewhere, and that would really help me out. She said no. And sure enough, she did not look for an envelope, or try to help in any way. Maybe if she'd at least have tried I might have felt a little better about the experience. But there wasn't even a little courtesy Not good customer service. Next time I'm buying foreign currency, I may use CEI, but not at this location.

Keep in mind I printed this bank statement from my bank branch down the street on Chapman Ave and The City Drive. She then said she doesnt see the deposit on my bank statement. She has eyes but she did not want to use them because she thought a person of color cannot make more than her. She probably makes 20 dollars per hour max, so how can you judge others?
