I was in there yesterday (6/15/2026) at about 5pm. The only girl that was there was very rude and unprofessional. I handed her the currency I was wanted to exchange in order and organized. I changed my mind in doing the transaction and she threw/shoved the currency every which way through the slot. I politely said that's not how I handed it to you and her reply was "I'm closed I gotta go"! Extremely unprofessional and rude and would not recommend this business at all!! I've been here every time I needed foreign currency, whether it be a trip to Mexico, Asia, or Europe. I always message them a couple days before on how much I need or when I can pick up, and they confirm and tell me who to talk to when I arrive. They are also very quick to respond. They mention that there are no fees, but I do think the fees are already incorporated into the amount they provide, though they are still better than the bank rates every time I've inquired. read more

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered at this location (Store 16) on April 11 around 9:30 AM. From the moment I walked in, the employee (Alieen) had a negative attitude and made no effort to greet me or provide even basic courtesy. The entire interaction felt rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. As a paying, returning customer, I expect at least a minimal level of respect--and that was clearly not the case here. It's extremely disappointing to see a business allow this type of behavior, especially in a customer-facing role. This experience has completely changed my perception of this location. I have already filed a formal complaint with management and will be following up further. I strongly recommend that leadership address this immediately, as this kind of service drives loyal customers away. Until this is resolved, I would not recommend this location. read more

Recently came back from Japan and already planning my return trip this year. The dollar is currently the strongest it's ever been in Japan and I had to take advantage of exchange rates in case it increases before my next visit. With a quick search on Yelp found Continental and they responded promptly. To my surprise, the rate they gave me was better here than any place in Japan (I was in Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo in December 2023). For context, in Japan I exchanged rates at 126 ~ 136 yen compared to $1. Continental quoted me 143 yen!!! Terrible service. I called CCS to request currency exchange for Brazilian Real. Was told by CCS that the only location that had Brazilian Real on hand was the Bristol location in Santa Ana, and that they had $200 USD worth of Brazilian Real and to go to that location. I drove 1 hour to get to the location and when I arrived, that I needed to place an order. I asked why I was told to drive to the location, and was told "oh well" that I should have places an order.
