Absolutely no clue what they are talking about. Total lack of communication between people who work there. Called to make an appointment for an inspection, when I brought my bike in they told me they don't do inspections on that day. When I mentioned that I called ahead of time no one seemed to know what I was talking about. Eventually I got the inspection and got new tires put on. After I got the bike back, they told me I might notice a "slight wobble" in my front tire. However, I was informed that I could bring it back and they would fix it if the wobble if it did not go away. Well, it did not and I called them back and they told me to bring it in. Only once I did, they then decided to inform me that because I bought the tire it was my problem and I would need to pay them for a new tire, tube, and installation. Basically implying that the tire I bought was defective and this wouldn't have happened if I bought it through them. It turns out that what actually happened is that they did a horrible job balancing my tire and thought it would be "good enough". Luckily I have a friend that actually knows how work on bikes, unlike these guys, and he was able to fix it for me. Shown below is the tire after I had it fixed. My friends and I hate this place. I own multiple power sport vehicles, not to mentions all the buddies of mine that do as well. One star is too much. Go here if you want to waste your time, money and bring a broken morotcycle home after they had it for over a year. I know what the bike needed to have done, but didn't have the time to do it. I met with CC's Powersports and came up with a game plan. And then met with them over and over again, numerous texts, phone calls and messages. (I would actually go there to check on my bike while they were working on other bikes... And guess what? I would have to tell them how to fix what they were working on bc they had no clue). The only time they will get in touch with you or respond is to get more money. I gave them my quad to sell, a motorcycle gas tank, seat, emblems and mirrors, which they seemed happy about as well as $150. I made this deal with one of the employees. The $ and parts to have the work done. They never let me know what the quad sold for and would always blow me off when i asked. They definitely made enough plus some to do the work and never would give me a definitive answer on anything. When i finally got my bike back after a year i road it home only to find that the gas tank wasn't bolted on at all. Not very safe. They can seriously cause someone to get hurt. The back mount was completely missing and the two bolts from the front mount were missing. I called and they had me come back the next day where right in front of me they threw random parts/bolts into an amazon box and gave it to me to fix what they lost. Well, most of these parts didn't even belong to my bike. After sitting in my driveway for a day a ton of oil leaked out, which was never an issue before. One of the rear blinker was snapped off and they don't work. So the wires got messed up while there. I was told the engine and chrome would be cleaned, but it never was and it's all rusty from sitting there for over a year. Read their other reviews on Google, FB and The Better Business Bureau. One of the owners/family writes some of the good reviews. That's not ok to do. I still cannot ride my bike bc of all of the missing/broken parts. I purchased 3 pit bikes and the service was excellent. Brought the same bikes in for service after they were stolen and the men there did everything to get my kids back on their bikes. And they did everything possible to keep the price down. 10/10 will be bringing all my machines to them read more
