I hired David Eugene Grinnell, and his crew to install my security cameras, and set me up to view them from my phone. It paid off the first month I had them. Within the first month we had camera footage of a guy breaking into our neighborhood mailboxes, and I was able to give that info to the postmaster and police. A year later we had another guy break into our mailboxes, and I was able to give all info to the postmaster, and police. One of the biggest reasons I am thankful for my cameras is, recently on 9/11/16 a guy knocked on my door, and when I did not answer(but I was watching him) he went back across the street to the car and got his buddy, and they climbed my fence into my back yard. One guy had a knife(I did not see it until I reviewed my cameras later)They were going to break into my house, but I scared them off, because I was watching every move they made, thanks to my cameras. I knocked on the window next to them and they ran off. I was lucky, but they did go down the street and broke into another house. I Love my cameras... I can see what is going on outside, and I have a few in our house to watch our dogs. Just the other day my husband came home, and saw his reading glasses on the floor chewed up. I looked back on the cameras, and saw which dog got his glasses. When my husband is at work, he will check the cameras, and see what is going on at home. I would have to say, these cameras have saved my life or someone else's...... Also when I changed internet providers, David helped me to get reconnected so I could view my cameras on our phones. I just sent him a facebook message and he informed me what to do. I don't like to bother him, because I know he is busy, but he always gets back to me with info to help me. With my cameras that I bought from David, and he installed, I have posted pictures of the criminals on Facebook, and was able to get the names of the people and where they live, and give the info to police. Thanks to my cameras, and social media, the criminals will be caught. My next investment is getting bars on my windows. Love my cameras......... read more

Bad service and products. When I first got my system installed the owner did a good job many years ago, so I called him again in Sep16 to get a new system - it was bad service and products and was told I would get items replaced (dvr / microphone) and after that nothing - called several times texted nothing. So I sued him and he didn't even show up at small claims court Aug'17, and judge awarded me a FULL refund. I'm still waiting for my refund. BBB also had other complaints and one of them was exactly like my bad experience. And he has 3 pics of my house here on yelp, first olive house removing large lamp- I find it in poor taste since he knew about my complaint. Your response is completely false. You have no business ethics. How did you come up with me spying, neighbors, tampering and warranty -it's absolute lie. I called you a week after the installation, and you had mentioned you were going to replace the dvr and you had placed the mic on the wrong camera, but you Never came to my house. The only reason you tell lies is to not own up to doing the right thing and refund the customer when the job is not done right. All I wanted, like everyone else, was a security system for my property not bad products /service it was a complete waste of time -all I wanted was good service that's why you get paid. And if now you are claiming my place of service is too far for you, why did you accept the job to begin with -you lie. Very unethical businessman and that is the truth and that is why the judge awarded a full refund. read more

Dont do business with this company the owner will take you for a fool and over charge you for work you can get a lot cheaper from a competitor. He will charge you double for everything. He gets the cheapest and used equipment and charge you prices like as if they are new. Service was Excellent! Do to a few break in's around my business lately I decided to check in on some cameras and a lot of companies were way above the price I wanted to spend. I was very lucky I found these guys. They were very helpful in helping me choose the right cameras and in my budget. The work was very clean and fast, you can't see any wires inside and out my business. The big plus now is being able to check on my business from my cell or my home office. David did an excellent job setting up 6 new cameras for our shop. All the wiring was run through conduit and it ended up looking clean and professional. He works well with tools and resources to come up with the perfect solution. He installed a box on our light pole with a wireless antenna to get the perfect angle for three of our cameras.
