It is with great honor to write my first yelp review for two awesome ADT staff - Eric Aguilar (Sales) and Santiago Rodriguez (Technician). I had moved in to my new house recently and Eric informed me of the ADT promotion for new owners. At first I wasn't ready for the install due to unpacking, etc but after talking to him for couple of hours I was confident that we needed it soon. Eric was very professional, genuine and patient with my questions. He had the innate ability to make you feel comfortable and trust him like a true friend. Eric followed up after the install appointment to make sure everything went well and see if I had any questions which was great customer service. Also, I had another staff member Gabriel texted to follow up on the installation which I appreciated it. The day of the install, Technician Santiago texted that he was on his way and was very punctual. He explained the installation process and made sure I approved every equipment and device setup. After he was done with the installation he provided a clear concise instruction of how to use the wall keypad and Ring and ADT apps on the phone. Santiago was very professional and took his time with the installation which I was very grateful for his excellent customer service. Overall, I love my ADT security system! I highly recommend these wonderful gentlemen to anyone. I am extremely picky of my reviews so to write my first yelp review ever says that I truly trust and respect Eric and Santiago to always provide excellent customer service! Guillermo of ADT Services came out and helped me get a security system installed that alleviated my stress of being in a single parent household & in a new neighborhood. I just bought a place & having the system installed helped me feel at ease of running my household, going to work, & leaving my children secured while in the home or while being away. If I could afford it, anyone can in my opinion. Guillermo set me up with a really great deal and was here to see me through the whole ordeal from start to end. He answers all his phone calls quickly and was here to answer each and every one of my concerns. The set up for the house is really secure & nice. Very techie but not over the top where you cant understand it, even if if you're as old school as me. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service for anyone wanting peace of mind for you and your family. Josh came out and did an ADT presentation explaining the equipment, what it will do and how we can control the system from our smart phones. He further explained how it will bring a peace of mind and how it will help protects us. We were thereafter quick to sign and ready for our install. Josh set up our installation with Sam whom we were told is a stellar installer. Sam called us prior to his arrival letting us know when he would be here. He arrived when he said and was extremely professional, kind and polite. Sam did do a stellar installation and explains how the system works and had us work the key pad to make sure we had the general knowledge of working the system and comfortable using it. I'm very happy with my service today, after waiting and having two other technicians come out and try to fix the cameras in my back yard The the h today got them up and working. Mr Jensen Wang showed up for his technical support today very early and very optimistic. He was wearing his mask and practice distancing. He also was courteous and respectful. Mr Wang resolved the camera problem on a timely manner and answer all my questions very patiently. I was truly to have him as my technical support person. ,I was highly impressed and will ask fir him in the future if there should be need for a home visit in the future. THANK YOU NR. Review for installation service on home with existing (old) ADT system: The install technician showed up first thing in the two-hour arrival window. Very polite and professional. The install took nearly 3 hours because we had some old and broken sensors and he had to get into the attic to access some equipment but he kept all his tools on a mat (to protect our floors) and didn't leave any mess. Very patient when showing me how to use the alarm panel. Overall happy with the experience. read more
