Eric arrived on time and performed both services in a timely fashion. The units were in decent shape, but the flush of the water heater proved the necessity of annual maintenance for enhancing the reliability of the critical systems. So, I call them again at 1 and they have no answers for where the technician was, why I wasn't notified about the cancelation because apparently he called in sick that morning, or why they never called me back earlier. Their solution was to come up in another in 8 days time, ANOTHER 8 DAYS. When I originally made the appointment and during this whole conversation, I made it clear that the (relatively) minor work needed to be done asap so we can finish closing the home loan with our bank which clearly meant nothing. I am still in shock. It's like they wanted to lose a customer. Just wild.
