If you want more energy to kick start your day, then CDY fitness is the place. I personally go to the senior strength training class on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings at 9am. Kim is our instructor (awesome). Aquatics then follows at 10:15. You'll feel so energized for the day ahead. Yoga classes with Lani is also great. You leave feeling peaceful and restored. read more

I recommend any gym but this gym. Every month they mess up my billing and I spend a week trying to fix it only for it to happen again the next month. In addition, the place is dirty. Ive never seen even the most basic of sanitizing happen. I did have a few training sessions, and while most of it was fine, the PT had me doing a few questionable moves with weights. I was worried I would hurt myself. But I was too chicken to question it more than once so I let it go. After this last billing issue I will flee this place as soon as possible. read more

I had a membership in 2017- I was under the impression it was a one year contract. I get a text 6/2/21 saying my payment was declined. THEY HAVE CHARGED MY CARD ABOUT $45/mo SINCE 2017! Liz, the new owner, said it wasn't her fault b/c it was from the previous owners. Not only have I not stepped foot in there since 2017, you have to check in. They KNOW I haven't been there! They OBVIOUSLY don't care about their patrons because they don't call at contract time to see if they want to renew, add or change up their contracts. Instead, Liz just kept billing me. KNOWING she had no clue who I was. I'm just a dollar sign to her. When I called to inquire, she was so nice & acted like she knew who I was. She ONLY knew who I was AFTER my payment was declined...thank God my wallet was stolen & I had to cancel my card. Liz was QUICK to blame the previous owners. Now? She's got herself in a pickle. Could she have offered to make up the funds by letting me use the gym? Yes. Did she deny a refund? Yes. Am I going give a copy of the contract I signed to my attorney? Yes. I WAS just about to go sign back up. They ONLY reason I chose there to begin with is b/c they have a pool & I'm a retired swimmer. I'm really disappointed. read more

Joined a couple months ago. The gym is clean with friendly and helpful staff. A variety of classes for all fitness levels offered. 4 stars instead of 5 due to some of the equipment is a bit older and getting worn but still functioning. The 24 hour access pass is only $10! Well worth it! read more
