They also have a large schedule from early morning to late evenings. There are two different packages - one for just this location and one for all locations. They are higher priced then most gyms but I do feel it is worth it. They also will give your friends a free trial to come try out the location with you before enrolling them. I chose to park next to her as I usually park in the spot she took. It is in-front of the loading docks, I am usually only at the gym for 30 minutes and this business does not receive semi truck related shipments during those hours so I see no issue parking there. However Lauren had some interesting threats to make today. A while back she told me that the area is employee parking only. So I asked around to multiple people. Trainers, all the way to the regular employees that say Hi when you walk in. NONE of them had known there was employee parking. As well when i got my tour of the store, she stated since the parking lot is small, that parking is limited, and her employees can "always find somewhere else to park" She came storming up to me today in the middle of the busy gym demanding about how I need to move my car and a tow truck is on the way. I know legally she cannot tow it so I let her express her childish anger and told her it will be moved when I leave. She yelled about how I have 5 minutes to move it then it will be towed. After a short discussion with Lauren she said that it is a fire lane. So I asked "I don't understand why you're allowed to block the fire lane then." And she said "Because I am the owner, you're just a visitor" And that her "boss" said she HAS to park there so no one else does. She said she legally can tow anyone's car whenever she wants due to her posted private parking signs "all over the lot" what I found from a simple parking lot walk around was nothing close. Included in the photos are no truck parking signs, and 24/7 surveillance signs. Most likely to guarantee nothing but empty promises on how well your car is protected. I am beyond upset with the professionalism and the choice of who should franchise this business, they show nothing but disrespect, disappointment and underwhelming promises of a good gym visit. At this point I only choose this gym for their price

The staff at the Y club does not require IDs however, if you go in the staff at the front desk, always ask for a photo ID and will not take my safe at home ID, which is what I am required to carry. Every single time it's an issue and they have to call Courtney over. When you pick up for aftercare the gentleman that is always there sits at a makeshift desk and refuses to get up to come to your car to have you sign out your kids, not a big big deal but when you have an infant in your car all the time it's very inconvenient and I do not like leaving him in the car alone. I say this every single time and every single time he refuses to come to my car so I can sign the girls out. There have been a couple other instances and I'm hoping the school year just goes a lot smoother.

I've spent my life doing mostly endurance events - 10K's, etc. However, my spindly self had trouble opening jars. As time marched on and "bingo wings" manifested, I knew it was time for strength training mixed with my cardio. It's been almost two months, and at this rate, I may be able to flip cars soon. The trainers are genuinely interested in bringing you along while respecting your independence to enjoy your own workout. And nobody does the hard sell for a membership. Very community spirited gym, but not the pushy type to get you involved if you don't want to. If you like quiet, keep in mind the classes on the turf Saturday mornings especially around holiday time. I'm not a morning person so it definitely woke me up but nothing to keep me from still going to this gym. I am on the petite side and there are some machines where I can't put any weight on or else there would be no movement and if I put the lowest weight it's too heavy to push/pull. So there are some machines that aren't beginner friendly. I'd say it's definitely a gym to go to where you've already started your fitness journey and want to enhance it or just wait to use those machines after you build some more strength. I don't think I've heard the same song twice and every song is great and pumps me up. Whoever is controlling the tunes is doing fantastic!
