I went to Cecilia's restaurant today after church. 4/5 stars bc they didn't have the chile en aceite that is a must in my book for serving Mexican food. They do have tortillas hechas a mano which is a definite plus. My daughter got chilaquiles smothered in what looked like mozzarella cheese she honestly asked if it was spaghetti servers were polite and bilingual. Ambiance was warm and inviting. Definitely family friendly.

I've only tried the breakfast burritos at Cecilia's, but that alone keeps me coming back. The burritos are huge and super satisfying. What really stands out is the homemade flour tortilla--soft, fresh, and adds that perfect touch. I've had the chorizo and egg one, and it was definitely on the greasier side. My go to is simply eggs, beans and potatoes.My only wish is that the hot sauce had a bit more of a kick. The staff is kind and attentive, which makes the experience even better. If you're looking for a solid breakfast burrito, this is definitely my go-to spot.

Came on recommendations from several local friends and this place didn't disappoint! First of all, HOMEMADE TORTILLAS!!! Ummmmmm, yes! Sign me up please! ‍ The chips are made from their homemade tortillas and they were delicious! Partnered with their salsa made in-house, and I could have made a meal out of that. We came here for breakfast and ordered a plate and a burrito. When the burrito came out, I knew I was in trouble. It was huge! (And that wasn't even the "big" burrito). Everything was juicy and not oily, especially given that chorizo can be pretty oily. The potato's are pan fried before going into your burrito and the added beans and cheese made for a monstrous meal! We preferred the corn tortillas to the flour because they had a lot more flavor

This was an unexpected treat! I'm pretty sure the locals know about this place, as we went in well before lunch and it was crowded. But we got a booth non the less. The service was quick, the food was great, and chips are home made! There really isn't anything bad about this place. I got my usual chili rellano and shredded beef taco combo. Beans and rice were great, chili was full of cheeese and breaded to perfection. The hard taco came on a hand made shell. This place is a little more Americanized than some, but it still has that traditional Mexican flavor you can taste. I'll give it a 5 star when I come back, and see if it is still as bomb as the first time. I'll be back!

We have been going there for years, love it. Family oriented and welcoming. We always get extra salsa so good.

Brought my grandma and mom to this place that was a recommendation by my tia. I ordered the breakfast torta. Mom ordered macheda breakfast and grandma ordered Chile relleno. Everything was delicious. The wait was just tad over than usual BUT WORTH it! They have a HUGE menu. Every plate I seen come out the kitchen looked. Staff here was friendly and they took care of us in every way. Definitely coming back when I'm in kerman visiting. read more

good Mexican food and great customer service, stopped here bcuz I was craving some chicken nachos and they came thru with all the fixings... cilantro, cheese, beans, sour cream, guacamole and of course plenty of chicken, I couldn't even finish it had to save some for later, if you're ever in Kerman area this is a nice place to eat will definitely be back read more

Changed ownership this year and the food has drastically improved. Their homemade corn tortillas are insane, probably the best I've had. My favorite thing to get is the machaca and eggs plate - they give you a lot of meat and mix in fresh chiles. The staff is very friendly and will help you customize your order if you're on a special diet. read more

The service there sucked for the most part. The food was not good at all. It was just average at best . If you want a good Mexican Restaurant go to Mario's in Merced. Not much to look at but the food is excellent read more

It was ok. Nothing outstanding and nothing bad, just average. Three only thing that fell short was the service. When I was handed three menu, I was asked what I would like to drink. I asked for a glass of water. Never received it until I was finished and asked for the check, then the waitress asked wanted anything else. read more

If you can't handle phone in orders you deserve to lose business. Apparently we are only "valued customers" if we dine in. Went to Cecilia's today in Kerman with my 3 boys . The service was quick and our sever was friendly .. based on her recommendation I got the chile verde plate .. with homemade flour tortillas .. my boys ordered 2 kids pancakes , eggs and sausage and my 12yr old ordered Chorizo with papas burrito. Service was quick ! Only took 7 min for us to get our food . My Chile verde plate did not disappoint. The portions were very generous .. the flavor was right on point !!! My 4and 6 yr old loved there pancakes and eggs with sausage .. my 12 yr old crushed that massive burrito .. he said the papas and chorizo were perfect .. quick shout out to the cook making those home made flour tortllas .. big tortillas with that great homemade taste .. my boys had me order a side just so they can get some more !!! Great surprise in a hole in the wall restaurant!! A hidden gem !!! If your ever in town stop by and give them a try .. you will come hungry , leave full hand happy !!! read more

This was the worst place ever. I had to wait over 30 minutes for menudo (which is already pre-made) and a breakfast burrito. The place looked tacky, the owner looked like she was gonna have a nervous break down and the service was pure crap. Dont waste your time. Go to La Estrella read more

Pick business hours and stick with them!!! Quit buying costco chickens and use those rotisserie machines you have, like the previous owners used to. Only getting 2 stars because I like the bacon breakfast burritos and chile verde sopes. read more

Don't bother with this place. Nothing tasted homemade and the enchilada sauce clearly tasted like it was from a can. Very dry even it got to my table. The ground beef was crunchy like it had been left in the pan. I am giving this place 1 star solely based on the rice, it wasn't bad. It wasn't great either. Just ok. read more

Drove 20 minutes, waited 15 minutes, and paid $35 for 2 shrimp cocktails and chips & salsa that were horrible. Not worth my time, gas, or money. Their other dishes may be great but these were a waste of time. Disappointed to say the least. read more
