We were impressed with their recommendations, service, prices and felt they were fair and not pressuring us into spending more. So far we've used them for 2 smog checks and a handful of oil changes. While there isn't always a confirmation for appointment requests online, they've always been able to accommodate us when we came in for service. Their service is quick and reliable. This morning I had an issue with starting my car. I called SK Auto in the afternoon and Chris let me know they could check my car today and change the spark plugs or battery if needed. I came in as soon as I could and 15 minutes later, Chris returned with the mechanic's findings and quote for repair. I appreciated Chris's explanation of the issue and recommendation. After an hour and a half later my car was fixed and I'm on my way out the door. Give SK Auto Repair a try. They are reasonably priced, provide excellent service and get the work done quick. Check then Natomas Shopper for coupons for smog checks, oil changes and repairs. It is also worth noting that in the hour and a half I spent in their small waiting room I heard several customers leaving happy with their service and most sounded like regular customers.
