    Hung our TVs, was very polite and wore a mask. Even came back the next day to program remotes for a nominal fee.

    Since August 6, 2024, I have been reaching out to Yes Installation for help with replacing a…read morecamera. I received inconsistent responses until September 4, 2024, when I had to repeatedly call and text. Eventually, their Denver office dismissed me, claiming they no longer service my camera system, despite having replaced the cameras just three months prior. They even texted me that my camera system would be available soon. Now, they say they have no cameras because my system is "too old," even though it's a brand new Lorex system installed in 2023. After a month of inquiries, I received a sarcastic comment from the person responsible for ordering cameras, stating that they no longer service such old models. Why provide me with misleading information for an entire month? How can you claim not to service them when you just did three months ago? I strongly advise against doing business with them; you will only encounter frustration. I have text message evidence of our communication and wish I could have recorded our phone call, as it was both disrespectful and unprofessional.

My residential setup includes URC Total Control home automation, which incorporates a 130+ device Lutron lighting system, numerous video sources(Rokus, Chromecasts, and DVD players) across 5 televisions, as well as multiple audio streaming sources (Autonomics and Sonos) across 11 audio zones. Brian not only has the expertise and experience you need for a complex home automation install, he brings an incredible work-ethic to the table as well. On more than one occasion he has gone above and beyond my expectations to fine tune my system and ensure I am satisfied with his work. I highly recommend Brian and his team for any home automation, video, audio or security project. No matter the size of your project, rest assured you are getting the "A team" with Yes installation.

Johann and his team were able install…read morea motorized TV Mantle Mount on my tile fireplace, and also patch a hole left by the versa box that was originally placed by the builder. They did a beautiful job! Johann answered all my questions from start to finish, explained things in a way that made sense to a non-tech person, and never made me feel stupid for all my questions. My only wish is that I had found him sooner. I had purchased the wrong equipment, wired my house wrong, and installed a versa box which left a hole in my fireplace (all because Tollbrothers had rushed me through the process or frankly gave me the wrong info to start). Johann never acted frustrated that he was dealing with a less than ideal situation. He never showed frustration with the situation, but simply offered me astute work-arounds and solutions. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work and his craft. You can tell he truly enjoys finding solutions and making customers happy. Moreover, it was obvious that Johann takes great pride in the incredible team he has built. Communication between him and all his team members was seamless. Each of the four members that showed up for the install were not only knowledgeable, but they were also kind and respectful. They treated my house with care, cleaned up any messes from the install, and asked if there was anything else they could do to help. Not once did they make me feel rushed for asking questions. It's clear they love their jobs. Expect to get excellent service, immediate and clear communication, and fair prices. I called three other companies who were not as knowledgeable, could not do the job, or did not provide great solutions. Don't bother wasting your time, go straight to WH technologies! You won't be disappointed!

    Absolutely DO NOT go to Star Power, DO NOT!…read more Marc Block, manager, poor customer service. Built new home. Spent $60K on appliances. Example with $3.5K Napoleon grill. Marc recommended despite not being familiar with the product, which he eventually admitted to me. Great feeling. He helped design the outdoor kitchen so understood it was permanent and natural gas. Regardless, sold me propane so it doesn't work. My outdoor kitchen including masonry and taj mahal countertops was custom made to fit the specific Napoleon grill so expensive to switch and redo. It took 4-6 weeks between Napoleon and Marc to understand it was propane and needed a regulator. Still didn't work. I repeatedly requested a Napoleon rep come service the grill. No service and Marc simply referred me to Napoleon's national call center. Took another 4-6 weeks to finally learn from Napoleon, not Marc, that he sold me propane and therefore I also needed a conversion kit from propane to natural gas; AND if it had been natural gas, I wouldn't need the regulator or the conversion kit. Napoleon refused to sell me the conversion kit. Instead of doing the RIGHT THING and replacing the grill with natural gas, Star Power graciously offered to provide me the $26 conversion kit. I declined. After 3 more weeks of endlessly calling a number of diamond dealers, I still don't have a conversion kit. I'm done with Star Power and Napoleon! We just moved into our new home, and it's been 3 months and I still don't have grill. Absolutely Pathetic! Won't bother the other problems.

Provided me with estimated cost and time to repair all issues. End results - all issues fixed - my media room appearance and sound is far better than the original installation. The techs were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely use then for any future projects / issues.

    I had a large project that consisted of:…read more a. installation of category-6 cable networking of an existing 20-year-old home. b. installation of 5 large-screen (65" to 85") Samsung TV's (wall-mounted in bedrooms) c. installation of several new electrical outlets (for TV's and stereo equipment) d. installation of exterior home Bose Speakers, interior in-wall-Bose speakers, and wiring of existing Bose 901 Series VI Bose Speakers Most of the work was done by Spencer and Sherif--only the electric outlets were subcontracted out for a professional electrician (separate costs). Note: Amost all of the work has been finished except for "D" above--because the home is old and needs retrofitting, the stereo install will need to wait. A few networking outlets need to be finished up and some of the TV's need to be hung (3 remaining). I can't tell you how highly I recommend Spencer and Sharif. These guys are intelligent, professional, well-spoken, hard-working, and give you a written quote that they stuck to. Both are incredibly talented and have the know-how of installing networking, wiring, home-theaters, etc. Spencer wanted me to install a home-theater using non-Bose equipment. That's okay. I'm a big Bose guy and wanted Bose--but that isn't because Spencer is anti-Bose. He just wanted me to get the most current, modern system possible. My issue was I already owned all this Bose and (older) Pioneer SXV-90 and Sony equipment. They worked in the middle of the Texas summer--in my home and attic. Did a phenomenal job. Spencer did inform me they're moving to a "per-hour" rate. He quoted me a $150/hour rate for my upcoming installations. It works out about the same as his prior quote. I TRUST THESE GUYS. I ENJOYED THEIR WORK ETHIC, THEIR CONVERSATION, THEIR INTEGRITY, AND HONESTY. I have to end this review because I've got to e-mail Spencer and have him come back for the remainder of the work. 10 STARS out of 5.
