They let you know what they are going to do for you before they begin the first adjustments, and they teach you a little bit about the spine and the ligaments that run along it (it's very educational). My favorite part is that they don't treat you like you're just a patient, they treat you like you're their friend (I catch myself shooting the breeze with Dr. Brunner all the time). As long as they are there I'll never go to another chiropractor. I'm always looking forward to my next appointment with them.

This same hip had already gone through a replacement and was not an option for surgery. I felt helpless. It was easy to schedule an appointment with flexible hours (very convenient for those who are working). Dr Krupa prescribed a treatment plan along with massage therapy.
